@Takeshy
... What's the square footage here Takeshy? 12ft x 4ft? 15ft x 5ft? Only the Ganga Gods can decide how much dry yield you got there! It will be interesting to compare results against your gorilla crop 😁 Surely there's 💯 + that's what I'm seeing anyway 😉

Looks so good! Well done bro! Keep those temps low during drying 19c max, should help preserve those delicious 😋 terpenes

This should be fun! Wishing I had the outdoor space and the climate! Good luck my man

,ya I bought my strips from digikey, I was tempted to buy from alibaba but if wasn’t a massive saving once you added in shipping and such it was only about $200 and I knew I would always be questioning the quality of the led’s. Plus I went with the lm301b diodes that are on the q-series strips and they are even better then the lm561c’s that all the alibaba resellers were offering. I love seeing and reading the DYI stuff, lights or otherwise. It’s aleays so interesting and inspiring seeing what people come up with for solutions.

, causes ph to drop? That was the fastest reply ever btw! I had thrips, although managed to contain the adults, they didn't do much damage, although there were thrip larvae in the water! Thankyou

@BigDaddyK
, hey pal, can you explain further why the ph seems to fluctuate more during week 3-6? Due to the need for phosphorous, dropping ph? Reason i ask, in my rDWC run I had perfect ph 5.7 throughout, come week 3flower, the ph would drop to ph4.9 within 2-3 days of a res change?! I am also using ro water, and had to add some tapwater to bring up ph.. any ideas 💡?

Nice grow!

At 300w total, so half power, the 4x4 space is flooded uniformly with 30,000 lux, so sufficient for vegetative stage

Interesting that, I run 2x320w meanwell drivers in 4x4 space... although I think the led strips I bought are fake diodes, should of bought from digikey or somebody else reputable! Nevertheless I've vegged out 4 nice bushy girls with them running at 150w each from the wall, time will tell if they perform in flower! I have a cheap luxmeter, when the strips are running full power
@12
" it reads 45,000 lux,
@6
" it reads 70,000lux... really wonder if they are the lm561c diodes as I thought 🤔

@Bigface
, The LED strips are Samsung LT-Q562A in 3000k and 3500k. The drivers are HLG-240H-24B, adjustable ~20w to ~240w dc output max (~265w max AC input) I have 4 lights Two - 2'x 2' - each one has 10 led strips (five 3000k and five 3500k) with one HLG-240H-24H driver Two - 2'x4' - 20 led strips (ten 3000k and ten 3500k) with two HLG-240H-24 drivers. One driver for 3000k and one for 3500k so each can be controlled independently on the light. On all the lights I put a toggle switch for each LED strip so each one can be turned on or off individually. The 2 lights you see in the tent on this grow are the two 2'x2' lights. The above specs are what the lights currently are. In the last month I've made some changes to the lights, before one of the 2'x4' lights only had 16 led strips total and it only had one HLG-240H-24B driver. It just got upgraded, as well as I upgraded all the other lights too as I had robbed some LED strips from each to make the last 2'x4'. But now they are all fully kitted out and have full power again. In the last month I also just rewired everything so that the DC drivers that use to sit on top of the light are now moved remotely out of the room. I just finished it on the 2'x4' lights and I'll be posting more pictures/info on the light upgrades in my Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) grow update later this week. Right now I'm flowering at ~400w DC to the LED's (~430W AC at the wall), I could take it up higher (480w dc max ~520w ac wall) but I'm not sure if I'm going to, I have a C02 bag but not CO2 injection and I don't have a CO2 meter so I'm pushing the bounds with ~54w/sq.ft that I'm currently running. If I had more CO2 I'd turn up the lights but I don't want to burn the plants so I'm holding at this wattage for now.

Hey I read up on your lighting, from past posts, i see your using 240w over 2ftx4ft, and 480w over 4x4... are these the Samsung strips, thankyou

I believe your my new favourite grower on this site! A Brindle Staffy, and a perfectly scrogged soil monster under LED strips! #winning Can't wait to see how she turns out! Got my eyes peeled for this one. Can I ask are these Samsung f561b strips, and what wattage are you flowering at? P.s more pics of the lovely 🐶 please Regards Bigface 😁

Im certain you'll get your 2oz dry buds off each for sure, especially if you let them go to day 63 no earlier 😏 Are you growing in the bathtub? Or is that where you do the photo Shoots? I can see the benefit! Easy access to water, run off waste just drains straight away, no more sponging up run off water from the base trays! You can wipe the white reflective tiles clean with anti bacterial/fungal solution to keep things clean! 😁 But if that bathroom is being used for bathing purposes it with explain why humidity is at 65%. I can't see how it's possible to get to day 63 flower at 65% humidity without running into mould issues inside those big sticky huge buds. Kind regards Bigface

Another bonus would be, that if the relative humidity of the room is lower, the fabric pots and coco root ball will dry out that bit quicker, and you could potentially squeeze in more feeds, say every 2-3 day as oppose to 4-5days. But at a lower E.c concentration, that's another story though, I rarely take E.C above 1.6. Have a look at a Vapour pressure deficit chart, VPD chart, this will give you guidelines to follow if you really want to be in the sweet spot for temperature/ humidity Your doing a great job, she's already starting to show her true colours, can't wait to see her ripen up over the next few weeks Bigface

Day 48 flower, buds getting huge.... sounds like you want to be aiming for a lower humidity than 60%r/h .... personally if those buds are dense and tight, I'd aim for lower than 50%r/h at this stage in the show. And even lower, down to 40% r/h come last week of 🌺 Of course the humidity raises at lights off, as temps drop.. but a dehumidifier set on a timer to come on at lights off, will ensure humidity stays around or below 50%..and help combat the risk of bud rot. Besides, dryer conditions at this stage, the plant reacts by covering itself in extra resin as protection against dry conditions. If you have access to a dehumidifier, now is the time to get it in action I'd say Regards Bigface 😁

@CaliGrown
, maybe consider topping the main colas once more, but be sure to give at least a week after final topping/fimming before you flip the lights to 12/12. Or consider using a scrog net to keep them lower and wider?

,That’s some solid advice, thank you. I will take all the help I can get. Especially with this strain. I will definitely try that next round. I do try to cut out the N early bc my tent is 5’7” tall and it seems to cut down on the stretch faze.
