Ich halte diese Lampe 40 cm über dem Baldachin. ein 250 W HPS für 25 cm, ein 600 W HPS für 60 cm und ein 1000 W HPS für 100 cm.
Der Name meiner LED-Lampe ist Sanlight Q6W 1Gen. Ich halte diese 215-W-Lampe 50–60 cm über den Pflanzen. Wenn man CO2 hinzufügt, kann man den Abstand etwas verringern.
