<span class="link_user">@Papa_T</span>, I have a Quantum PAR meter and I compare it to the photone app. That app is fairly spot on if you have a new enough phone. I just raised my lights up 6 inch since I have plenty of room. Took me down to 575-650 across the canopy. Haven't raised the lights in 3 weeks until now. The plants grew into them. Just started showing signs of stress this evening so I'm sure I'll be fine.
