With ur actual system, u shouldn't not harvest in 3 weeks; should wait more; 6-7 weeks, feeding sparringly due the intensity of ur lights.

you are focusing too much in ferts and environment when u just need to boost ur lights. try to buy some of these => First one is f1200max or f1000pro and the second u can purchase the 240leds option.
