Its hard with no diary.That doesnt look typical to me.Is that soil?Has it already got food in it?It makes me think its fungal with it being the onky one and how the end of those newer leaves look.They look damp.You may want to cut the end of those leaves off as they're only causing harm and won't benefit the plant in any way.Foliar praying compost tea is always good at fighting bad bacterias.The good soil microbes eat the bad microbes.They do chemical spray as well but I'd never ecommend anyone use them but your plant is tiny so I can't see it having much effect on the final plant.Google images of funagal infections on leaves.
