Hey everyone! So I've saved the droop! I looked back in my notes and it started the day I switched to 24/0. A day after going back to 20/4 they perked right back out. Turns out Torontonian Cookies needs a little rest! The yellowing fan leaves and occasional brown / bronze spots I believe to be either/or both nitrogen phosphorus deficiency which I believe I have in check. All signs pointing up! Thanks so much for the help

, thanks for all your advice and your time I really appreciate it. I'm going to think about my options and all this advice today and come up with a plan to execute tonight

, tomorrow night I'm going to do just that with one. I do have a bag of Promix seedling starter soil that should be pretty light on nutrients. I don't have a ph pen I use the sticks. I just bought a 20 dollar ppm pen off amazon a few minutes ago. I know not ideal but like I said I'm out of budget on this grow by now so it'll have to do.

, check how long is to make your soiless mix stable, you have to wash , then load it with nutritions and your desired ph and only then pot. It takes like 2 weeks by book . Never got into it much, because soil is simple. So now RO water, if you cant check run off ph and ec again you dont know how your base is acting... Hope you have GOOD and calibrated ph and EC meters ( till didnt bought bluelab, had more lottery than readings and was buying new one every two month or so) Plant is not a program if finaly you entered everything right , he wont start to blossom that second ... Any corections take a week out. Why not to go straight to easy. I would put light coldish shower slowly on plant for 20 min. Then would take out from pot and rinse off rest of base from roots and repot in new soil. Most soils are preloaded, so be carefull with nutes if you go my mad way ;) Some people do root toping before transplanting, so loosing couple roots while doing that wont be bad, maybe even boost ;) youtube it

, how do I wash the roots? What do you think if I just do a good RO water flush?

, I hear ya, tonight has been extremely discouraging. Starting to feel like I've tried everything - water more, water less, water less often, more often, too much nutes now too less. PH high, PH low, hours of studying deficiency charts just to still end up having no clue! And I've spent countless hours enjoying them and training them. Two TO Cookies just look sad no matter what now and the Blue Dream is intent on growing into a little ball lol! Maybe I should just grab 3 normal pots with lots of holes and a couple rocks in the bottom and buy a bag of fox farm soil and throw them in for a fresh start... Anyway I uploaded pics of each of them in normal light. Not as bad looking except the droopy sad part lol!

, Yeah I certainly am learning the hard way. I wanted to get soil but the grow shop guy gave me Promix HP. I didn't even know it wasn't soil until I researched it at home! It is half perlite half peat moss and some lime added. Its also the Mycorrhizae added brand. I was still getting the droopiness and beige spots at 6.5 PH. I'll go back to 6 to 6.2 maybe and see if I can dial in a sweet spot. I've also learned not to let them get too dry I think your right the deficiencies set in on soil less and I've been following a watering plan with a good wet dry cycle that probably works better for soil grows. At the same time I've been battling with the droop so I've been under the impression they are too wet. I've settled on smaller amounts of water more often. I also bought a 5g jug of RO water to see if my tap water is causing some of this as well.

, my grow light makes them look a lot lighter green then they actually are. I took them out today for photos under normal lighting I'll post them up now. I backed nutes off after getting clawing and nute burn. Maybe I'll go back to full strength next water now that they are bigger. My PH was 6.5. Last two waterings I lowered it to 5.8 per everything I've read saying soil less should be 5.8 to 6. I turned my timer back on today to get them back in 4hrs of darkness. I will increase to 18/6 next week. Hopefully some of these changes work. Thanks for the tips.

I just had a thought - maybe the 24hr light schedule is stressing them and causing some droop. Looking back it may have come on right about when I switched from 20/4. Maybe starting tomorrow I'll switch back - I'm close to Flowering and will be slowly transitioning to 12/12 anyway. I have also gotten temps up in the basement to 19 or 20 celsius with the new furnace so it shouldn't plummet to 16 anymore.

, I learned my Waterigregime with Airpots^^,,, they are alittle expensive but you can use them for years... agin and again... its impossible to overwater with those darlings.....
