@BRcannaBoss, Hi friend. the leds your said might be IR, IR leds looks dim with naked eyes, you can wear a sunglasses to look at the light, then you will find it is normally working. You can also message us and share us the order number and pictures, we will double check it for you.

@BRcannaBoss, they supposed to be dim ,you cant really see infrared light :) ,we all have 4 dim led diodes .They not faulty they grow budzz
