Good to use for hydroponics. You kill two issues using this. You saturate the solution with silicon, calcium and magnesium and deprive bacteria of the opportunity to develop in the solution.

I don't know why, but after a while, small holes appeared in the fabric from creases in the fabric when you open the box.
