I don't think this supplement was all that necessary for me to purchase when running the Elite nutrients line. I neglected to check the label to see that Elite already contains Calcium and Magnesium before I purchased this to start this grow.

I kept on hearing nothing but good things about this product on a podcast I listen to on YouTube called Wake & Bake America. I ordered it because I heard it was as close to a silver bullet for lockout/deficiency problems as there is. By the time it arrived (around day 50ish), I was seeing evidence of lockout and/or signs of a couple different deficiencies starting to develop on multiple plants. I used this stuff as a hail mary and sure enough, within 48 hours, I did see improved plant health as guaranteed by Real Growers. All these wicked microbes seemed to regulate the nutrients being taken up through the roots and I was seeing vibrant, heathy greens returning my plants within a couple of days.

I was given free samples of the Elite Garden nutrients line when I went to my local hydro store for gear to start this grow. The mixes of the nutrients did not seem to mess with my water's PPM and PH as much as I had expected. I love that they have an app for my iPhone where it will adjust the weekly feeding chart based on the life cycle and/or reservoir size. It's helpful for when I need to make adjustments on the fly. I feel as if their price point is fair for the quality of their products; seemed competitive with other bottled nutrients at the hydro store.

This was a freebie auto included in my Seedsman order. She was a bit temperamental up until she entered full flowering and always had a harder time taking nutrients compared to the other 3 plants from 2 different breeders. She is picky about her temperatures! Too cold and she'll droop, too hot and she'll droop; nothing seemed to be wrong when she did this -- just difficult I suppose. However, once she hit flowering, she became my biggest yielder by far and that's when she took her big strides. She started handling nutes like a champ. Her top buds on her branches were rock hard and coated in frost, they got too heavy so I had to use 1-3 bamboo rods per cola to keep them from completely breaking off. Unfortunately, this plant had some problems with bud rot and mold towards the end of flowering and I ended up losing about another ounce of top buds that were infested. Seems like the last 2 to finish really got screwed in flowering because of an extended power outage (colder temps and higher humidity) and sub-par airflow. At least I learned some lessons to take with me going forward.

Not sure how much of the difficulty with this plant was due to poor genetics and how much of it was due to my lack of experience. Her trichomes never even got past 50% milky/clear by day 104. Maybe she stunted?

Ripley''s OG ended up being some fantastic smoke. She grew to just over 2 feet tall with some light LST in a 5 gallon SmartPot. The main cola was a giant bud the size of a large coffee mug. There were 4 or 5 other side branches that produced similarly thick buds. She seemed to be a little more sensitive to pH fluctuations and feeds than her siblings from different breeders. Her finished flowers produce noticeably more kief when ground than I have seen from most other strains I''ve tried. She has a unique flavor that I can''t really describe -- almost like a sweet tea.

Critical Jack was a strong plant from day 1. She started strong and finished strong. She never really seemed sensitive to PH fluctuations and changes in nutrients -- took just about everything me and my environment threw at her. I didn't think that 1 plant in a 5-gallon smartpot on my first go-around would yield me just a few grams shy of a quarter-pound. She took well to some light LST and naturally grew into an even canopy. She was finished with at least 10% amber trichomes before day 70 from seed. Impressive stuff for my first harvested autoflower plant!
