Yeah i get, there is holidays and maybe some cups but its just horrible to get 1 email on 6-7 weeks and if it same thing with people who paid seeds its unacceptable. Its not free you give them rights use your photos and yes we cant argue for "free" things but it was contest you can host it well or bad and this is very bad. +5 other brands answering my emails and even another contest sponsor answering and shipping prizes after or before holidays snd some between. But yeah after all its only my imo and it made me just i wont want grow their strains anymore, i recpect brands with good customer service more.
<span class="link_user">@HippyHemulen</span>, no, but they’ve emailed me. They said they have been on lot of road trips so they are running behind because of that combined with the holidays.
Also, depending on where you live, there’s a good chance you’ll be waiting on international shipping as well.
I won a similar contest about a year ago and they did follow through even if it took a while. I figure since it’s free, I can’t complain if they need to prioritize actual orders that people paid money for!
