Honestly I can't tell how much this does but I normally use black strap molasses so thats probably why I don't see a difference, they do the same thing and I just switched to this instead basically.

I love this light. It's my first grow with it and it's performance was amazing and it put out very little heat even at 100% power 1 foot above the canopy.
