@islandgrows89, well it depends, you can buy a pre-assembled HLG550 from horticulture lighting group which is essentially a replica of what I built but it will run you around $800-1100 u.s depending on where you live, right now they have a discount promo for $800 I think, you can find them on Instagram @horticulturelightinggroup . Or you can just build your own which is fairly easy considering how complicated it may seem. There are some good videos on YouTube showing you how to build your own. I got the 4x boards off Amazon, they are called quantum boards 288, 2 of them come in a pack and go for $150. Then you need a driver, i get mine from rapidled.com and the one you need for the hlg550 cost $140-150 before taxes and shipping. Then you need a heatsink, I think you could possible diy your own but you can get them from horticulturelightinggroup.com, it says they are out of stock but if you buy the boards from Amazon and email hlg customer support with the order number and the name of the heatsink you need they can send you one (heatsink I use is called slate 4) cost $90-$100.After that you just need hardware, an A/C power chord to be wired to the driver, some wago connectors to avoid having to use a soldering iron, some red/black wire (I use 18 gauge but sometimes hlg will send you some you can use, solid core wire works better than the stranded for this application) and you should be good to throw it together. So for the first build around $550 and second one like 500ish. 2 of them cover a 4x8 wall to wall and have intensity like a 1000w hps (which I also used to use) but give off very little heat and use half the wattage. If you or anyone else is seriously interested in building one Imk and I can answer any questions about parts list or assembly
