Auto Tutankamon is indeed a potent strain but beware of how it grows because the genetics do not seem to be so stable. My experience is that it has a very high percentage of hermaphroditism. 3 out of a 5 seed pack were hermaphrodites. That is not necessarily bad. From the 3 hermies, the 2 were in fact much more potent than the seedbank claims, they did reach 25% thc.. But I was handpicking their @@ out every day so no pollination took place. Their yield was good at 150g per plant. The first hermie though, it was too late when I realized the bitter truth... The yield was only 40g and full of seeds. It was 20% thc, but low yield and pollinated my White Label Northern Lights Auto. Well, I do mind about the low yield, but I was very fortunate to have and kept many seeds that I do grow now. The "pure" Auto Tutankamon that I get from these have not hermied much, only 2 in 30 plants and with yields of 150 to 200g per plant. The hybrids with White Label Northern Lights Auto have shown excellent results, no hermies, the potency of Auto Tutankamon that White Label Northern Lights Auto lacks, amazing taste and smell and very dense and really big buds - out of 15 plants, none has produced less than 200g! So I was fortunate in the midst of my misfortune. Other than that for outdoors, it is very cold resistant and very stealthy. It grows bushy and branchy with many colas reaching to the sides of the plant and most of the time up to 70-80cm tall. You may say they self-prune and self-LST in a sense since they are not Christmas-tree like at all. Once you are aware of the not so stable genetics in their flowering patterns, you can do great with them. The original 5 seed pack 3 hermies I grew them in my grow tent indoors under led lights of 6000K for growth and 3000K for flowering. A striking event was that what seemed as a cal-mag deficiency during week 3 and 4 was, in fact, a led light burn. However the plants from its seeds do not show such traits outdoors, so I guess that light spectrum is what triggers hermaphrodism in this strain. The 2 seeds from the original pack that did not hermaphrodise grew under 4000K Led lights, pretty much the spectrum they would get outdoors here in Greece during summer. Since I grew 45 of these seeds outdoors and I am not the only one of my peers that faced hermaphrodite plants with this strain, I have the suspicion this is the cause of the problem. People have to be very careful with light spectrum vs this strain. So I am inclined to suggest 4000K lights for indoors.
