@Lennut
, Removing lower leaves and tiny branches that are basically getting only shadowed light is good, those areas are definitely stealing energy from your upper bigger branches and buds. Defoliation can be good, but only up to a certain point, if you remove too many of the leaves up top that are absorbing the light and sending it to the buds, you could end up with very stunted small buds. The popcorn buds like some others have mentioned. Happy growing to you.

, Holy Cow! That is a much different situation! That girl is ready to be harvested!

@Quexos
, I made two 1 gallon yeast, sugar, and water mixes (Like I do when making wine without the 6 gallon carboy) and put in the tent. I am unsure if I got anything off of them but I had wine when I removed them. (Jail house hooch)

, And I put her in a 2 gallon smart pot thinking that would limit her size. I was wrong

@Quexos
, I understood that! She just started budding but completely covered the damn tent. I was not thinking she would be that big. Two plants in a 3x3 tent I thought would be ok but I was wrong

@Lennut
, All of my comments were directed at that behemoth plant taking over your grow tent!!😲 I saw your updated pictures. Your thinking is right, flush and harvest imo. You'd be amazed at how easy it is to grow herb. Your grow set up is great so you shouldn't have any problems. Just do your research, take your time, and make sure your plants get daily doses of music!😁

, I am flushing her this week. You think it would help to remove now? On the baby I have removed lots of lower leaves to see what would happen. and she is over 6 foot tall

I'm no expert but I hear and read most damaged leaves should be removed to focus growth in buds. people say the plants energy focuses on helping the damage instead of flower? I have defoliated my autos with no sign of stress. check out my ko crop. it's my first grow too.

, The micro scope thing I bought sucks!!! Or I suck at using it do you have any suggestions to the best ones to use. I bought mine on Amazon for about 12 bucks

The baby is much healthier but I am unsure why she grew so damn tall. I topped the other one and just let this one grow and she is taller than me and I am 6 ft tall. I had to tie her down because the light is at the highest I can go. I guess I did something wrong that made her Stretch so much. We will see what see produces in the end.

Also, I nut lockout a few weeks ago thus the reason for the rusted leaves I believe. My run off was 4.5 and I flushed her and the spots stopped but didn't recover from damage already. I hope she gives me something to be proud about

@Quexos
, I think its early because tricombs are not turned enough but not sure they are getting the light they need. I have ran out of room. I didn't think my first grow would produce anything much less a full tent.

@Quexos
, I will post another picture. the plant you see here is what I call the baby and is 4 weeks behind the other. It is hard to get picture because of the over crowding in my tent. I cannot find it to kill one or the other. Give me ten minutes and Ill post better pictures
