, It is possible, but probably not a problem if you are gentle and leave a small root ball intact. Afterwards, you can water with a weak solution of seaweed/kelp and it will only be wilted for a short time. The plant will grow much faster and bigger if it can more easily spread its roots. But, honestly...I think it's too late now..she is already flowering. I think your best option at this point is to just use a meat skewer or other long, thin, and pointed object to stab your soil many many times. Then, you can sprinkle perlite and other dry organic nutrients or compost onto the soil...stab it again many times to push it deep into the soil. Then water with your nutrients and a few drops of dishwashing soap in a gallon of water. This will help to penetrate all the soil really well. Next grow, ensure that you start with a better soil mix and you'll have much better results!
