@Luluboo80, I use it on 300 -400 ppfd which is in my case 80cm above canopy on 30%. Im also still experimenting. There is a nice chart on the website with ppfd ranges and weeks of the plants. Im trying to follow this at the moment.

Hi there! I wondered if you could answer a question for me. I noticed that you use the Telos 6 and I am just about to start my first indoor grow with one so I figured you were the best person to ask, as my question directly relates to the lighting! I am trying to figure out the exact power output I need for when the seedlings very first go under the lights?( they are autos) It says 25% in the manual for seedlings but I fear that may still be too high?! I do have the mesh version so I can decrease the output in the app. Thanks for any help in advance :blush::seedling:

Hi,I have a question! I am just about to start my first indoor grow (seeds germinating at the moment!:pray: (1 white widow auto and 1 bubblegum xl auto) I’m using the telos 6 mesh but I’m a but unsure as to when I would switch the light from low to medium intensity. Is it when the first two true leaves appear? Any help would be greatly appreciated :blush: thanks in advance!
