I set up this grow box on the day we found out my aunt has colon cancer. Since the legal availability of medicinal cannabis in our country is limited to CBD strains, but many studies suggest higher efficacy with THC-containing strains, I decided to assist in treating (the side effects of chemotherapy) with two types of THC strains. My plan is as follows:
1. Stress Killer (11% THC, 9% CBD, sativa dominant) - morning, to reduce anxiety and support appetite.
2. Royal Highness (14% THC, 14% CBD) - midday, after meals or for chemotherapy-induced nausea, and general pain relief.
3. Tatanka (Pure CBD 14%) - before bed, to reduce inflammation, promote relaxation, and support sleep.
I’d be grateful if anyone with more experience could share additional tips, advice, or guidance on how to best alleviate chemotherapy side effects. Everything is slowly maturing, so I can add another strain. Thank you.
