Day 45 of growth should i flip to flower now , my tent is 3*3*6 will the stretch cover my 3*3

stem i am holding i topped so i got 2 main shoots but a little down i got 2 more shoot 1 stem 4 shoot should i remove these lower shoot as my plan is to scrog and i have already topped this plant to get 12 shoot per plant for scrog but this lower shoots is overcrowding
