I'm willing to bet every one of us has broken a plant at least once in our grow career but the quick response and care are the best thing you can do and you can learn from it too. Again congrats 👏.

Looking good! Good job with the defoliation. Remember. Its better to do less than too much. You can't put leaves back on. And Never take more than 1/3 of the leaves. But yeah, she looks really good. You should be proud of yourself
