I'm willing to bet every one of us has broken a plant at least once in our grow career but the quick response and care are the best thing you can do and you can learn from it too. Looking good! Good job with the defoliation. Remember. Its better to do less than too much. You can't put leaves back on. And Never take more than 1/3 of the leaves. But yeah, she looks really good. You should be proud of yourself
