4month deadline will make this a fun tight contest, people will have to apply ASAP and then pop them beans right away with no dilly dallying. 17 weeks. 1-3 weeks for shipping/customs 4-5 weeks for veg 7 weeks for flower 1 -2 week for harvest and dry Some wiggle room in shipping/customs, might be good to go 12/12 from seed in case the seed takes longer to mature.
