No harvest. Never mind, culled them all. Everything was perfection in veg and went to shit in “flower”. There’s no flower. What few leaves were left had light burn damage , there was few pistils at bud sites. Pots only getting watered only once a day and yet not drinking. Pulled the weakest one out. They weren’t even well rooted in the pot ffs. Right. Learned many things from this attempt. Don’t fuck with pH, change the light, don’t foliar feed during flower. Try again with rooted clones from mother room.

This is my strain!! 100% this is it for me! I made a mama out of her already and trialled another 5 seeds of original lemon pie but this one is the winner hands down. I’m so very grateful for a successful run.

I grew 4 specimens of original lemon pie from seed and over all I’m very happy with the strain and have mothered my favourite already. This strain is a keeper and I am happy I have found my go-to daytime sativa cut. She grows without effort and took training like a champ. Buds are dense and conical. She stretches a lot, triples her height, not bushy. Needs vertical space for a good sog and needs support. My buds were falling over from the weight. It’s called lemon pie and the smell is most definitely citrus and pastry. So sticky and sparkling. Some of the cultivars were a bit leafy. I grew 4 clones in solo cups and 3 plants mainlined for 4 colas. Saved my favourite cultivar as a mom and culled the rest. I will be happy to fill my medicine cabinet with original lemon pie.

Everything about this plant from seed to jar has made me happy. So much so that I sacrificed a good portion of her harvest while I desperately try to regenerate her in the hope to take clones for a mother. Her leaves had a slight gloss to them. She grew strong despite limitations of space and light. No disease, mould, pests or deficiencies. Her buds are smaller, very dense and round. She smells like fuel and lemon dessert. The piney scent was stronger when wet, now there’s hints of pastry under the lemon and fuel. She smells wonderful. She’s super sticky. Absolutely caked in trichomes. I’ve never grown something so caked up. No issues during the grow. Haven’t sampled her yet. She just went into jars and I’m giving her the respect of a minimum cure.

I wish you could smell this. That would explain everything you need to know. Indica bliss. I lost an embarrassingly long smoke report with updates right through cure all to say l was blessed with a magic bean. And I’m undeserving of the quality and quantity this seed produced. I bonded with this plant when she peaked ripeness and stopped drinking and I’m stoked with my stash but I’m too stoned to rewrite about how really good this weed is. It is really good weed but it’s going to make a glorious craft hash worthy of meticulous cleaning and pressing and aging to preserve her magic fragrance. I grow for concentrates but this is the first time I grew flowers that belong in the smoke jar. This is quality.

Mmmkay.. 3 weeks from chop, 2 weeks in jars, we grew 5 using different techniques and I dont know if that’s the reason but they smell different.. number 2 gave the best yield, least amount of stress and smells exactly like GSCs should. She’s delicious and dessert like! 1 was second highest yielded, similar level of stress but the smell is not as strong as #2, it’s more like sweet bread than dessert.. and 3/4/5 yielded terribly as expected with their high levels of stress and smells even more mild and like bread. I think it’s because the stressed out buds are leafier making the cure more crucial. I’m very satisfied as I grew for concentrates not smokable flower anyway and these wash well but even with number 2 smelling yummy enough to be smoked, and I do like a flavour change every now and then, I’m not really a cookies girl at heart. I like to smoke hashy weed. So it’s not a fair comparison. But she hits beautifully. And that’s why I keep coming back to cookies strains. They make consistently good medicine which makes for easy dosing. Well rounded, balanced, thorough high with all the relief, comfort and good vibes you need. As for concentrates, she yields great! And that was the intended purpose!! We’ve been hashing and extracting and cooking up delicious test batches of medicine and lovely topicals from the trim/smalls and have sent out the testers to loved ones. They agree, this is good. This was a trial run, we have 5 more seeds planned for the patio this spring and it’s an easy decision to go ahead with the original plan and run these again. Now that we know the strain better we can give her better care and I look forward to pulling more precious oils next time. I’m happy with this pick. She was as advertised, grew as expected and gave me what I wanted. Highly recommend if you like concentrates and you want to grow some very pretty looking and ultra discreet plants, highly recommend not stressing her out much for best results. We’ve jarred up #2 for smoking and started processing the rest of the cured flower.

I don’t know else to describe the flavour/scent but my daughter said chocolate orange and pine and something else! It’s very unique flavour profile and the oil we extracted is tasty. Buds are still curing and getting better day-by-day. Trying to be patient because I know it needs more time, but the few buds we’ve smoked have not disappointed, just a bit dry in the back of my throat yet, I’m not coughing and then what’s that flavour and a sunny tingling it’s spreads through your head for a happy sativa high that has you smiling while a slow steady creep of numbing pain relief takes care of your body. Very nice, whole effect, heavy. Not sleepy, not buzzy, I’m present but completely relaxed. This is my preferred balanced hybrids, the perfect medication for managing painful struggle days and be functional, and not grumpy. And it’s just plain tasty recreational evening and weekend weed that hits just the way I like. I wrote this bit with a twaxed joint of these space cookies and I’m tickled we pulled such a heavy hitter and that I have lots more seeds to give this a proper grow. It hits fast with euphoria, relaxed me completely, numbed my pain, no couch lock or cloudy thinking, put me in a meditative mood which I used to clean the house and then watch a movie, lasted at least 3 hours. Test complete. From this run we’ve yielded #3 46g cured flower + 1g dry sift + 4.4g oil approx (I split the evap and used half for the cannagar, other half weighed 2.2g) #2 no buds so made 4.9g oil and used for edibles and topicals #1 1.3g oil (from 10g dried bud) To celebrate this fun substrate test we made a Thai stick style cannagar with the bud, fan leaves and oil collected from our 3 space cookies specimens and it’s curing now in the fridge for our new year’s toke :) everyone got a pre-roll with their Christmas present and they all sent me photos like the one I took after my own smoke report. Very happy, this weed gets you fucked up in a lovely way and I’m proud of it. Next time we will just grow it without the added challenges 😂

These tiny ladies yielded 4.1g of fresh frozen bubble hash and it smells and tastes so good! Instant euphoria followed by serious giggles and the high softened into pure relaxation. Delicious. Indica heavy. Evening meds.
