Hi @Sandman! Your plant was in a situation of rootbound, roots were unable to find space/air and as a result they started to rotten, I see on your latest pictures brownish roots whereas they should be white. To be honest in this situation I would start over from seed with a fresh soil, in a airy container such as AirPot/SmartPot. These containers help you to analyse the rootmass easily, they make overwatering almost impossible, and they allow roots to auto-prune themselves, preventing from rootbound. Hope this will help, keep us updated and happy growing! :facepunch:
@Waters, done as of the time of writing. I was previously worried that ph lockout was the cause of the signs of malnourishment. But either way she should have plenty of nutes now. I plan on feeding again in a week if the new leaves still arenāt looking right.
@@Athos, took your advice as soon as I saw it man, transplanted into fresh new soil at the end of this week (5).
Iāll have to look into the EC/PPM meters, I didnāt think they were as big a deal and have been trying not to spend tons of cash on this already expensive first attempt x)
@Stick, I think Iām gonna see this one through even if itās not an optimal outcome. But next time Iāll definitely be getting an AirPot next grow! Thanks for letting me know what to look out for next time as well, I thought the roots, although crammed, looked good - didnāt realize there was anything wrong D:
Talk about a learning experience eh? Haha
@Sandman, this was my first grow using it and I didn't train like I normally would since it was my first auto grow. Seems to work just as good as a hid in my opinion though
@Wicked_Stix, Iāll have to check it out! It sounds like exactly what Iām looking for assuming. What are typical yields per plant under a 1000W LED?
@Wicked_Stix, autos intimidate the hell out of me haha. Iām gonna need the tolerance for mistakes that photos have. And I sort of want to try to keep all my plants (or a clone of them) alive and in veg for as long as I can for some genetic play someday.
