Are you using the same mars hydro tsw 2000? Been having trouble with seedlings dampening off and growing weakly i been doing 24 inches at 25 percent

were you using the mars hydro tsw 2000 300 watt to germinate them? What brightness did you have it dimmed too at what height above the plants ? May I also ask what kinda medium you were using ?
