may i suggest watering with a lower temperature, it will help the root be at the right temp and should boost the growth speed some. also maybe a bit of micro, i see some purple stems coming, might be a worrisome sign

,what's micro? currently it is room temp between 70-74. do you suggest I use cool water refrigerated water?

,I see that you have a full range. But it has been irrefutably proven that for growth in the initial stages it is better to use lamps with a spectrum of 3000k-3500k-4000k-5000k-6500k. And your lamps are about 460-730nm!
