, first I gotta say I love the name lol. As for the light panel, I hovered around 50% light intensity all through veg. The distance from my light has varied throughout the grow, and unfortunately I don’t have a good par meter because I’m not quite willing to drop $500 on an Apogee PAR meter. I do NOT follow the Mars Hydro recommended light settings either, and if I did I’d be burning the shit out of these girls. For the 4x4 space this light is a bit overkill, but keep in mind that as you increase nutrients you should also slowly increase light intensity as well to promote better photosynthesis. If you have c02 supplements as well it’s even better, as your plants can take on the light intensity even better. 2-3 weeks into Veg and I’m at 75% light intensity.
