Looks like your girls are getting leggy like mine. Take a look at my pics from my 2nd grow, week 2, to see how you can support them a little until they get their roots set in. I use a bread tie and poke it into the rockwool (not too far, so you don't cut the existing roots).

, yes they're grow tall faster than they're getting wide down the stemp, but I still have plenty of room in the netpots to fill and top it with more pebbles to stabilize them, I think I'll be doing that tomorrow, either way, I wanted to see how the behave in the early stages and see how the naturally grow towards the light even when the bent a bit, I was thinking about doing some support similar to yours, but I don't want to stress them that much so early by handling them, hopefully the pebbles will do the work
