Changed lights to 12/12 the night of Jan 11. Plants were slowly vegging in individual 2 gal containers for about 8 weeks prior to transplanting into (2) 20 gal Grassroots fabric pots (2 plants in each Grassroots pot). All using BAS 3.0 mix. Top dressed (a few tsp each, to each 20 gal) Build a Flower, Craft Blend, Bokashi Blend, Worm Castings, Neem and Karanja mix. I do have red wigglers and european nightcrawlers in the 20 gals and I want to keep them fed. Was fighting fungus gnats but caught it early enough. Also added Hypoaspis miles to prevent further issues. Twice a week IPM spray with Tweetmint or a mix of neem/bronners/agsil/essential oils from the arsenal.
Watering schedule is every 3rd day, I mix up 2 gal RO water in a Chapin 1949 and split between the 20 gals. I rotate:
-Microbe day (Rootwise or Recharge or Great White), this is also designated top dress day if needed
-RO Water only
-Soil conditioners/microbe food (aloe or coconut powder, yucca, silica, or biogrow / biobloom)
-RO Water only
-Repeat.
This is my second grow, medical patient, new to the game. Got turned on to "Coots style" growing by some solid folks at my dispensary. Here to learn and spread knowledge with other growers.
