I think it helped but it was my first time using it .

I used it in the beggingkng but the genetics were strong enough that I didn't need to worry about bacterial inoculation.

It's only my third grow, but these were the best genetics I've grown yet ! My hydro grow went perfectly she just took all the nutrients I could give and grew perfectly uniform with close to no training at all other than defoliating .

Was growing slow might have been my fault for training too hard
