The one of the world's oldest cannabis seedbank Dutch Passion was officially founded by Henk van Dalen, in Amsterdam in 1987. It produces a variety of original classic cannabis strains varieties and also some of the best new varieties, many of these are available in regular as well as feminized seeds. Melonade Runtz

Melonade Runtz was super easy to cultivate as well. I mean she developed male traits but idk why. Maybe I've overdone it a bit with the training, maybe it's because the variety is not so resident to training, maybe just unlucky? I can't tell right now, since this is my first run with Melonade Runtz but at the end of the day: I'm just very, very happy, that I put in the work and didn't throw her away after seeing the first male sings. Melonade Runtz is definitely the frostiest out of the bunch. Her colors are also really amazing with green, purple, pink and some red tones as well. Aroma is heavily fruity, with sometimes getting a sweet, almost honeydew melonish aroma and sometimes more bitter fruity aroma. Hoping that the sweet fruity aroma will translate into smoking taste as well.

Dies ist eine Sorte mit explosivem Wachstum und Ertrag wenn das Umfeld stimmt. Der Folientunnel wäre mit einem Ventilator perfekt gewesen. So stand die Luft etwas, was sich sofort bemerkbar machte. Ich werde des Anbau noch einmal versuchen, mit verbesserten/angepassten Bedingungen. Der Duft während der Blütezeit ist angenehm und nicht penetrant. Es roch würzig, zitronig, und nach Kräutern. Das Trimmen ging schnell, da die Buds recht groß geschnitten werden konnten. Beide Pflanzen wurden erst Anfang Juni gesät, und wuchsen problemlos. Erst bei Dauerregen und stehender Luft entwickelten sie Schimmel in den Blüten. Hätte ich die im Folientunnel früher entblättert, wäre der Schimmel vielleicht nicht aufgetreten. Werde ich im nächsten Versuch auf jeden Fall testen. Ansonsten hatten sie keinen Insektenbefall oder kränkelten. Die Wirkung beim Rauchen ist recht stark, aber kein couchlocker. Danke an Dutch Passion für das Saatgut!

This one was great to grow, she was a perfect tree, side buds were nice, formed beautiful, foxtails in middle of buds made them looks amazing She also grew a bountiful main colar, thick , resinous and super stinky, of sweet candies, and fruity melon . Unfortunately, I had to many in the dry room and air flow wasn't reaching her at the back, she was lost on day 4 of drying to the start of bud rot luckily I have the 14L one to admire

Frisian Dew - plant #2 07.07.24 Flower Day 50 Frisian Dew - plant #1 09.07.24 Flower Day 52 Both Hermaphrodite :( - to be fair, it may be that the change in light cycle from flower week 5 on caused it. Till that point everything looked good, but in the end no one can say what was the cause. I realised there were bananas and male balls at the very end. :( Damage was not big. 3 months later I can say, there were only few seeds, maybe 15-20 all together. Plant #2: The one DP recommends to look for. Nice sweet and sour wild berries with sweet nutty, earthy undertone. Also sour smell and taste, similar to the Cheese when smoked but milder and more fruity. Plant #1: seems that it was meant to become a piney sativa-like plant with long colas and a flowering cycle of at least 9 weeks.What a pitty it built these bananas. Maybe because of pollination by the pther Frisian? Hahhaa. No one knows in the end. I grew this strain several times guierilla, and was always one the most reliable. Everyone who knows her does not need any extra info. Good hybrid effect, most phenos good for daytime smoke. Not too strong if you smoke not too much. There are great phenos from very vigorous and sticky green, more compact to very stretchy with pink, violet, to very dark and completely violet like the "Purple #1". Most of them have a sweet piney, herbal smell and taste. I like it very much, especially this sour-berry type, it is more on the sweet skunk side, but it get's a bit boring after a while. And I am honest, now there were too many hermis and so on. So I only rate it 7/10. Still very strong, but I would only recommend outdoors only and natural light only! Results are best this way. Then it deserves at least 9/10. :) Ciao.

Die Shaman ist eine sehr einfach anzubauende Pflanze. Ich hatte keine Probleme in der Anzucht, während des Wachstums und der Hauptblüte. Nur gegen Ende bildete sich etwas Schimmel, was in Mitteleuropa nicht ungewöhnlich ist. Danke @DutchPassion, ich werde sie nächstes Jahe erneut anbauen, hoffe dann auf einen rosa-roten Phönotyp. Sie wuchs auch sehr gut direkt in Gartenerde und den Haupt-Hitzetagen. eine echte Outdoor-Pflanze. Die Erträge im Topf waren ein mehrfaches zum Vergleich mit der Gartenerde, aber in der Gartenerde musste keine Pflanze angebunden werden und es wurde auch weniger gewässert und gedüngt.

This girl went the additional week I had expected. I did a good check after chopping its friend Banana Blaze just to be sure no signs of bud rot or anything else. Sorry only have the initial wet trim photo, I'll try to add one after I remove from the cure bags next month. She yielded a very nice 82g/2.9oz final dry trimmed/clipped weight going into cure bags.

A bit behind posting these results. So chopped and wet trimmed on 7/23. Jumped a week on this one as I found a bud which looked like it was going bad. Clipped it and anything near by, chopped the entire plant and did a bud wash as well. Not really concerned as it was close enough when cut. Dried and final trimmed into bags weight was 78g a decent haul considering how little effort I put into this girl. Dutch Passions does have some quality strains.

The buds from every three harvests all produce a nice combined body and head high, not overwhelming at all, with no side effects whatsoever. No significant difference between the three harvest times was observed. The effect and smell / taste is very similar to the CBD Auto Compassion Lime from Dutch Passion. I absolutely can recommend this strain!

i had 2 different Phenotypes, one type was ready very early, but was not so tall the other phenotype was vegetating longer, and showed good buds both types smelled extremly delicious, and were glittery.

Ende der achten Blütewoche, also nach insgesamt 12 Wochen wurde geerntet, da an mehreren Ästen die ersten Anzeichen von Bud Rot zu sehen waren. Verluste gab es fast keine, da ich die Pflanze täglich inspiziert habe. Schade, ich hätte sie gerne noch weitere 2 Wochen stehen lassen, aber die Buds waren zu dicht und die Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Nacht mit über 90% einfach zu hoch. Die Rauchprobe eines Buds, den ich 10 Tage vorher unvorsichtigerweise abgerissen habe, war schon sehr stark, weshalb die verfrühte Ernte nicht tragisch ist. Für mich war der Grow dieser Pflanze ein Highlight, weil sie von einem, für mich sehr wichtigen Menschen für mich gesät wurde.
