Velvet Moon

Had to chop down. But it was just like 3-4 days earlier than expected. The effect of the Velvet Moon is amazing. I even had the Luck to have 3 completely different Phenotypes. One is very Creamy, one Floral and one is a little more like Spicy. Very interesting. Nice and heavy body downer. Perfect for me for the evening. I like the strain. But the Yield was much less than expected. The Spacing between the buds was too much. But besides that there were some nice bud.

Very easy strain but does require alot more room to stretch out. I did a 7 plant grow with limited space aiming for around 60-90 grams of dry buds. This one weighs in at 72 grams including testers of dry weight The smoke is phenomenal and it's not even cured yet. Great strain. Will do again soon.

Dont over feed and make sure the PH is never acidic!!!!! Almost died!!!!

I loved this strain so much! I wasn't expecting this at all. I thought it would be a boring strain, but it turned out to be awesome. The buds are tight and firm and covered in big trichomes. Even the nuggets buds are covered in trichomes and are beautiful. Sadly I took photos only of the worst looking bud 😅 The smoking session is smooth, without any cough (I cured them for 1 month) and a little of dry mouth that can be washed down with a glass of cool water. The smell is similar to coffee ☕ and lavander 🌺 with a hint of citrus 🍊. The after taste is of a "smooth" lavander. The effects are long lasting. It makes you smile at the beginning, but after 5 minutes there's a total relaxation. The only downside I could see for this strain is the fact that in vegetation stage it grows slower compared to other strains, but the flowering is fast. GreenHouse Seeds Company said it would take 8-9 weeks for the flowering and my run was 6 days faster. I harvested at the beginning of week 8, but it needed more days to finish off so I think that the recommendations of GHSC are perfect. The total dry harvest was 56g which I think it's very good.

These buds smell like peaches even after only 7 days drying in the tent. They are smaller than i would like compared to all of my other grows, however they are absolutely covered in trichomes.

Best run so far, good yield,potent and full of Flavor. Velvet moon likes low humidity for the last weeks. She gives an euforic and relaxed feeling for a few hours.
