Guavaz

Guavaz (often styled Guava Z) is a Preferred Gardens cultivar seen on the brand’s multi‑state menus. The lineage most commonly documented is Guava x OZ Melon, yielding a hybrid with tropical fruit aromatics and creamy‑sweet undertones. Reported indoor flowering typically runs 63–70 days, and retailer lab results for Preferred Gardens batches have shown THC in the low‑to‑high 20s, depending on phenotype. Preferred Gardens sells seeds via its ShopTheGardens storefront and generally releases feminized, photoperiod lines; this entry reflects that format for Guavaz. Expected effects trend euphoric and relaxed with a creative lift.
