Perm Lee

Perm Lee is a Preferred Gardens hybrid made in collaboration with Sexual Chocolate Factory, combining Permanent Marker with Ztan Lee. The brand introduced it to Florida on July 3, 2025 in concentrate form, with flower appearing on dispensary menus thereafter. Official and retail copy describe a dessert-forward profile—fried ice cream and Biscoff cookie over a smooth, gassy finish—paired with calming, euphoric effects. Multiple menu and lab listings place potency in the high-20s to low-30s THC, commonly around 26–31% total THC with negligible CBD. This cultivar is a standard photoperiod type rather than an autoflower.
