Bubba Kush stands as one of the premier Kush strains in the United States, a country renowned for its affinity for Kush varieties. This strain, boasting 90% indica genetics, is the result of crossing a pre-'98 Bubba Kush with itself. It tends to be smaller in stature compared to many other Kush strains, making it well-suited for smaller pots that can be easily maneuvered within a garden or placed on a balcony to bask in maximum sunlight exposure. Thriving both indoors and outdoors, Bubba Kush can reach heights of up to 200 cm when cultivated directly in the ground outdoors. Indoors, it produces commendable yields averaging around 500 grams per square meter after a flowering period of 60 - 65 days. Outdoors, growers can harvest as much as 800 grams per plant in the middle of October in northern latitudes. The aroma and flavor of Bubba Kush are notably intense, characterized by spicy notes and an oily quality. With high THC levels and low CBD content, its effects are cerebral yet profoundly narcotic, offering potential relief for those struggling with sleep issues.

Very easy to grow and some really nice looking buds! Grew two of these and one of them was one of if not the most vigorous and rapidly growing plant I have ever grown. She exploded with growth all throughout the run and was packed full of nice fat colas. The other one was a nice plant as well but did not receive as much light as it could have so it didn't explode nearly as much as the other one but still a nice fat frosty top and some of the nicest looking buds in the room. Buds were thick and dense with good structure. The first plant I think dried too warm and low humidity by just a hair so the smell is pretty much gone. Smokes nice though! The 2nd plant was a lot better smell wise. A nice fruity/bubba smell to it but not super strong. The nugs are very frosty and coated with trichomes! 2nd plant had some purple mixed in the buds too. Overall was an easy plant to grow and was very fast growing as well. Have some seeds left over so will be doing this again eventually!

Following on from my previous round of growing Ripper Seeds' Washing Machine, I was thrilled with the gentle and non-harsh taste. When it was traced back to the line's origin, Uk Cheese x Bubba Kush, it matched with the path that Seedsman had Bubba Kush, so he decided to try growing it. As a result, it was discovered that Bubba Kush, which has a great touch in all three phenotypes, may also have a soft touch that is not harsh on the throat.

All in all as first time growers, I’d say what you see during the grow is not always the full outcome after harvest day so try not to expect too much out of your grow. These buds can grow very big, and heavy so ensure you have some trellis net, scrog, or something to assist with keeping your plants organized and standing up or assisted if leaning from bud weight.

Pretty cool strain to grow did very little training and a lot of fluctuations but she always bounced back. From a mutated sprout to over feeding under watering she was pretty relentless. Perfect for indoor grow with very little smell until the last week and also on grew like 3feet with little lst

Sooo disappointed. Other strains I grew this run I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt that it was me...for some reason I'm not willing to to that here. I got absolutely nothing from this strain and actually did NOT look forward to it when it came up in the rotation. It grew well. Nice buds. 3rd largest yield of the run. Taste & High <Thumbs Down> Could it have been the problems towards the end of the grow? Maybe Would I grow it again? Only if I was growing with other stuff I know I liked.

Second time growing this strain. Both times the plant stayed short and bushy, this second attempt I let go 3 weeks longer in flower, 28 days longer in total, but the end result almost identical. I guess that's just the best I can expect with my current style and equipment with this particular strain. The only noticeable difference was this time it frosted up better, and a little stronger smell.

Bubba was a very sturdy girl, but also very bushy, so next grow I will have to do a lot of bud site trims. Colas were smaller, but made up for in length and trichome count. The high is good like a reliable friend. Turpines gave it a very pinelemon taste with a hint of sweet.

I got this seed free. Really easy to grow. Decent stretch for an indica. Has really broad and super thick dense hydrophobic leaves, is very productive, growing many tops and staying ahead as I planted her a couple weeks later than the rest. The buds are dense, with a golfball shape and average trichome density. She responds well to LST and HST, and was a pretty average feeder. She didn't grow any purple pistils but did develop fall colors on her leaves before harvest. Smells skunky and a little bit citrusy, definitely not a hits you in the face terpene profile, but it's hardiness, quick growing, and plentiful dense buds make up for it for sure. Overall she was a quality plant and I would recommend growing to anyone with a free seed, however I don't think I'd go out of my way to purchase this strain.

Harvest size was about as expected. No real issues when growing. With what I got made great use out of them. Using it for tincture. Feels like a strong but relaxing head high.

I had issues of DWC water level too high and this damaged the roots so the plant never grew large. I may have also put my lights too close in the beginning.
