Strain Descriptions: V9 Tiger is a variegated selection of our Violetta SWAG, which is a collection of Landrace genetics and old-school legacy strains. Created by crossing our Afghani SWAG with a Hindu Kush SWAG. Both of which are landrace strains initially crossed with Trinidad SWAG specimens and selected for their landrace aromas, whilst introducing the SWAG leaf mutations. An F1 of these two lines has been created to be crossed to our with our SWAG OG from 2018. Throughout this extensive breeding project, the SWAG leaf morphology has been selected. Violetta Swag has been exclusively bred out of the most vigorous variegated SWAG Strains in this lineage for improved growth. The two lines were Hindu Kush SWAG and Afghani SWAG were rather stocky bushy SWAG lines expressing typical indica type traits from its landrace parents. To give it more stretch and enhance the vigour we choose our SWAG Original, giving rise to this exceptional poly hybrid mutant line: Violetta SWAG, with V9 Tiger being a line selected for increased rates of variegations and almost Tiger striped variegated leaves. The Afghani Swag was the result of crossing Trinidad SWAG specimens with an Afghani landrace strain brought to our breeder by a friend who worked in the early 2000s in Afghanistan in the Hindu Kush Mountain range. This strain expressed typical indica morphology and earthy-sweet hash aromas. The Hindu Kush SWAG is a comparable line. As the name tells, it also comes from the Hindu Kush mountain range, displaying the same Indica traits and having earthy, sweet, hash aromas. Our Hindu Kush line comes from a befriended German Hippie community, which has worked this strain for over 30 years before handing it over into our breeding project. Both the Afghan SWAG and Hindu Kush SWAG due to their faster flowering time and selective breeding showed greatly improved adaptation to Climate conditions like in Northern Europe with cold and rainy weather in autumn. Early strains have usually been named after their region of origin. Morphology: V9 Tiger (Violetta SWAG variegate) grows rather dense, almost bushy reaching on average 1-1,5m, some rare outliers grow taller. Extremely heat-resistant and tolerate dry conditions very well. The leaves SWAG types with smooth edges, making them almost entirely unrecognizable as Cannabis. Violetta SWAG is mostly homogenous for the SWAG leave trait, at times Crinkled, Variegated or Crested Specimens are present as well. Most of our variegated lines emerged out of the SWAG gene pool. Aromas & Flavours: Diverse old-school aromas, Haze, Woody, Honey, Hash, Afghan, Kush, Berry. A large range of different Phenos can be found. Effects: Uplifting, Buzzing, sedative, and relaxing, depending on the Phenotype. Generally, very similar to the SWAG OG, yet the Afghan and Hindu Kush component introduces a more sedating and calming aspect. Development: Easy to cultivate and hardy to almost any known plant issues. In outdoor cultivation, not much fertilizer is required. Planted directly in Soil plants thrive in almost all locations yet planted in pots and indoors fertigation takes some time to figure out compared with regular plants. Generally, a bit less hungry (not heavy feeders), they do well even in relatively poor soils. If overwatered, plants tend to show cracking leaves. For indoor cultivation make sure to provide sufficient minerals of Lime, Clay, and Silt as the plants are adapted to these conditions. Rock dust is a good amendment.
