AK-49 is a compact sativa dominant hybrid that the result of the crossing between Colombian, Mexican, Thai and Afghani genetics. The plant contains 65% sativa and 35% indica.
The plant produces strong, compact structure with very resinous, compact buds coated with shiny trichomes. Usually the plant is grown indoors but it also demonstrates good results outdoors (in a warm climate) and in greenhouses. The flowering takes about 9 weeks and the plant produces juicy yields of 450-500 gr/m2.
The strain offers very pleasant aroma with sweet, floral notes of skunk, and sandalwood. The soft smoke and high THC content provides strong, long-lasting effect of happiness and euphoria. The strain has medical use as a medicine for chronic pain, sickness, depression, sleeplessness, etc.
