August 1: These clones are now next to the motherplant and august 3 will be the start of flowering when the light goes off. The nutrients are now just calmag, micro and bloom at 500ppm untill they hit week 3 flower August 10th: the clones are now at day 7 flower and they just got trimmed (lower branches and biggest leaf on top of the plants) i dont go too agressive on defoliation with this strain, on the last short video of this week u can see what i cut off at this stage, this was done at day 7 flower

The week has been going very well plants are reacting good to nutrients and seem to be happily growing , haven’t fiddled around too much this week as starting to get the hang of things slowly ! The grow so far has been quite smooth And haven’t run into any Major problems all plants have been topped and will continue lst throughout I believe they look quite healthy haha ? Smell starting to kick in 😁Looks like we have Pineapple pheno on our hands here! 😎 Increase feed on Boost and base nutrients, tho EC was one decimal less than last week due to lower tap water of EC 0.4 (previous week 0.5). Conducted major and final defoliation at the end of this week, arms and hands were so sticky had to wash them with meth. Vertical height starting to take space with even nug formation straight up (Stretch Rate: 1 - 2 Inches per day).

Week 8 Summary - Not much to say except what's in the video. This girl is a beast and just takes whatever you throw at er! She's looking good and could flip any time, but we'll wait until end of week 9 I think. I continue to be impressed with the consistency of coco as a growing medium and the botanicare nute sched. appears to be fully on point. 3:1 ratio full strength nutes to calmag only. I know it's early and I've certainly learned my lesson before (#countingchickensbeforehatch) but I'm pretty sure I'm gonna smash this one dudes. There's simply no stopping this plant. The thrips infection is gone but there’re still a lot of damaged leafs as you can see in the photos/videos, but the growth hasn’t slowed down which is good. Anyway after I did some research into the big bang strain I found out that the company that sells this strain recommends “flushing” for a few days every other week starting from day 16 of flowering. This is meant to speed up bud development and I think it really did something here as the buds got twice as big. But I didn’t exactly follow their recommendations as it calls for watering the plants with large amounts of water and letting the soil dry for a few days and I don’t feel comfortable with that, so I watered them every day but made sure the soil was dry.

Plant grew a little burning the tips off of the top leaves. Bent those stems down an inch to try to avoid any additional burning. Since the grow bucket has limited space, a majority of the bottom leaves have started to die. I also will be removing grow big from my nutes.
