Day 43, week 7 starts, these girls keep growing like crazy. I decided to defoliate them and only keep the tops for now, except for one of them that is so wide and low that I left some side branches at the same level of the tops. Day 45. Great general conditions, they want more food than ever as the flowering stage come closer

Mid of the week I topped the first 14 plants. They were stressed a bit but recovered well. I installed a Levoit Humidifier for better humidity management. Its starts when humidity is under 60% and stops when is over 70%.

Here's some pictures of late week 1 into week 2. They are still all in their solo cups. In the future, we'll try to label them in the soil so the pictures will show which seed is which. For now, the names are written on the sides of each cup - just can't see that from the pics. TOTAL = 6 cups, all different seeds. (germination week 1 in paper towel) BONUS!!! We found some more NASC freebies!! We have 3x of the Blueberry Cupcake x MAC1 by Humboldt pheno and Girl Scout Cookies (feminized) by NASC. So, we might start one of those if space permits. To conclude week1, the current sprouts are growing in their cups. They are all looking comfortable and are reaching for the wonderful, southern sunlight. We're looking forward to the next weeks of vegetation and eventually transferring them into larger pots in a few more weeks time - all while we wait for some more warmer days ahead. One thing we noticed is that they seem to do much of their growing overnight! But maybe it's because we aren't looking at them as much LOL

2024-09-07 This was a very effective Week, it started with Rain an Wind then it turned over to very hot and sunny exactly what we need here. The Outdoor tangie still looks super fresh and green, only minor signs of getting ready the colas are very glitery and you see alot of potential already super frostyhere. the revegetating Plant looks fine too. she produces some flowers.too.

All but one plant is starting to grow pistils. These plants are getting a little out of control being cramped in this 4x4. I defoliated just before flipping to flower, and they needed another touch-up. I'm a little worried this will cause me to have to do frequent touch-ups or kill one or two plants and create some space. I'm leaning more toward killing 1 or 2 plants, rather than risk all of them getting overly stressed from too many defoliations. I completely underestimated how much these Cannabis plants would grow, especially once they started to stretch. I'm going to start saving the water that is collected through the dehumidifier. 10/15 Same stuff, just keeping it stable is all I'm trying to do. Update 10/18 - Heat was ridiculous this week, had to turn one or more light features off, for example, turned off the HPS -AND- the LED circuit on the Phlizon on the hottest day because inside the tent it was like 91 degrees F. Yeah it may not be the perfect environment, but look at the growth from the 15th til today. Major flowering happening, unless I am tripping. I see a lot more healthy growth now, which in my opinion means the transplant idea was SO WORTH IT. I see a lot of crystals forming now and the tops the leaves are turning more white that I could hav imagined -- with two more weeks at least to go, I think I may have some bomb flowers if I dont fuck anything up. Northern light to the left in video has more to go and is not as far along as the Vanilla Frosting. 10/20 Added some new nutes for the last two weeks of flower, bubbling like a madman wanting this grow to finish. White Widow (three plants outdoors) will probably finish in the tent, its just really in stasis but it is getting some frosting of its own. BTW when I smelled the flowers yesterday I was blown away by how awesome they smell, like seriously boutique top shelf aromas going on, this is my first grow indoors and really the first time I have been able to give the attention and care these babies need. I have learned SO much. Especially about stuff I was clueless about before. Like which lights are good. What tent size to get. Ph, nutes, watering, relative humidity, cloning... all new stuff. I have become a better gardener as a result and my 200 sq ft community garden plot is doing way better and I expect next year to be bonkers because I really get the whole ecosystem thing now and how mycorrhizae helps everything. I absolutely love to watch them grow! Especially that moment they hit their first growth spurt. I started with RO water that is remineralized for drinking purposes. The ppm is only 18! My tap is 156! So considering they don’t need much water, I’ve been stealing some of our drinking water. The RO water starts at pH of 7. After I add the nutrients, ppm of 249 @ pH of 5.8 while soil is still sweet @ pH of 7 I think my days are off as a new week begins on the last day of the previous week. I am going to leave that for consistency. 04/21 - Noticing some possible nutrient issues with the Fruity Pebbles for several days now. Going to see what she needs. Up front I’m thinking maybe just a super small amount of Amino Acids with a little Epsom Salt. Maybe she is struggling to access the nitrates from the neem cake. IF it’s a issues with nitrogen. We will see. Maybe she would benefit from some extra calcium?… Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Day 22 and I am noticing how these girls have been burning up a lot of potassium lately, dealing with the wind and sun 💨 ☀️, getting pushed around all day. I plant to top dress with some Kelp Meal pretty soon. Day 24 -> 4/22/22- a quote from the weather on today’s red flag warning and dust storm warning. “ HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with damaging wind in excess of 60 mph. SOURCE...Satellite imagery. IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.” I’m keeping the girls inside today. Day 26, I was planning to check the runoff on some of these girls, especially the fruity pebbles, however I messed that up as I also top dressed WAY too much of the seaweed bliss. So I flushed with plain RO water at pH of 7 until there was only slight coloration in the runoff. I didn’t check the runoff as a lot has changed with all that flushing. So next watering/feeding I will make sure I check the runoff on multiple plants. So the seaweed bliss with its 17 on potassium, seems to be the most likely culprit for why there is a bronze-ish color on the inside of the new growth. Hopefully a foliar feed of Epsom salts can correct the problem. Inside tent, lights on LOW. Noticing similar pattern in all of them to a degree, most noticeable in the fruity pebbles.
