Everything is looking OK. I did a mid-flush I didn't care much for but other then that the flowers are swelling up nicely and filling out. I'm hoping to go to 70 days. This is day 37! Any question, please don't hesitate to ask!

This girl has definitely stopped stretching, so now almost all of the growth is going to be located at the buds. I plant to increase nutrient concentration, but also light intensity (this one by pulling the LEDs closer to the canopy). This week it will hang at 30 cm from the top of the canopy, maybe next I will push it further to 20 cm next week... By the way, the thunderstorms are over so now I can consistently keep the humidity around 45% with just the 3 cpu fans ;) I am experimenting with trying to clone some branches even after 5 weeks of flowering. It's just for the LoLs, and to learn a little bit. I took a lot of clones from the bottom of this plant before with great success during defoliation, so I decided to up the challenge. I know you shouldn't stress the plant too much during flower, but she seems healthy enough to take it without a problem. // on the nutes of this week// So this week I decided to up the nutes again to 1.0, as the lower leaves are showing deficiencies, and this time the EC of the runoff is low (plus I've been feeding only 0.8EC or 400ppm, which is much less than people generally feed at this stage), so I'm more confident that it's not a nutrient lock out. We will see how she likes it. Remember that my noob friendly approach is that keeping my plant on a diet is better than killing it by overfeeding it.

The plants drink not much...but the growth is good

Let's be honest. These should have gone to flower months ago. Nevertheless, they look amazing, and they're going to flower this week. Plants have to move around so much that SCROG isn't really practical, and headspace is such an issue that these girls need to be tied down for a few weeks, hence the tomato cage/chicken wire solution. Stripped 'em up, flipping to 12/12 light schedule in a day or two.

Date: 30.09.2024 So the green gelato is doing fine inside shes kinda starting to turn purplish red on some parts of her buds. The 2 Lemon Cherrys are still outside Im starting to lose hope for the 2 girls but fck it hope will still get smth out. Date: 04.10.2024 Sooo I think that the gelato is going to get chopped down in the next 2-3 weeks. The 2 Lemon Cherrys aint getting any where with the weather atm so I think im just gone give them a few more weeks and hopefully this strain will be good enough for a bit of rosin or IceOLator

Week 6 Dec. 9 - Dec. 15, 2019 Dec. 11, 2019 They were moved into the tent late in week 5. They took a couple of days to get back to normal... had some drooping leaves for a couple of days... ended up raising the light to 24", it started out at 18". Continued to LST and some defoliating. Late last week I broke the main stem of ZK #3 attempting to train it toward the edge of the pot. It was hanging by a thread... freaked the hell out, grabbed the closest tape to me, you'll see that in the pic lol. It was a metal tape for duct work hehe. Noticing as the babys get further into flower they are getting THIRSTY, I'm up to watering them about .5 gallon a day. You'll see in the pics I LST'd 2 plants the same and one differently. Regarding this strain I'm not sure what method a working better.

After topping last week we've just been watching them grow. Bending down the branches to help them spread out. Over this next week I'll start my lst ties to help pull them down and out.

Let’s go!!! Today is day 52 from seed , and we are officially in bloom stage😍!!! Not much of a change for this bloom schedule, everything will stay the same but instead of 3 tsps of grow and 1 tsp of bloom , we just turn that around to 3tsp of Bloom and 1 tsp of veg an we are good to go!!! D-70 : At this stage, I'm a bit.... surprised that the Desfrans are not taller thant they are. The smallest one is 35cm wich is really small for a 100% sativa strain. The tallest one is about 56cm, wich is also quiet small I think. If I compare with some other diaries, the tallest one could be in the target if we take into account that I trained them a lot during their first weeks. But the small one is almost the half she should be... There's no sign of deficency, none ! I have 420w @ 50 cm from the top, so it's not because of the light. The container is a 20L smartpot. I simply do not understand. Is it juste because of that phenotype ? Will she grow during the next 7-9 weeks untill she'll recover her late ? I Modified a bit the position of the light so the Lumatek 100w FullSpectrum on the side of the box is really pointed to the "slow" girls. We'll see if it change anything but I really doubt about it... The only lead I have is : Desfran loves HEAT and Light. The 2 smallest are on the coldest side of the box, even if it's not cold at all. But it is the side near the window...
