Hello Diary. We have reached the 9th week, 6 weeks of flowering and are slowly coming to an end. My estimate is another week until harvest, although the flowers look different on Mimosa # 1 and Mimosa # 2, the appearance of the trichome tells me it will soon be time to harvest. Most trichomes are milky and now I am waiting for the brown ones to start appearing. It’s a sign to me that it’s harvest time. Along with Mimosa, there is also a Sherbet Queen on the "Farm", so it's quite crowded in the grow-box. That's why it became quite difficult for me to take them out of the grow box so as not to damage them. So this week I only photographed Mimosa # 2 on a black background while I take photo of Mimosa # 1 inside the grow box. The color of the leaves slightly takes on a lighter green color which slowly becomes yellowish, the flowers are nicely filled as far as Mimosa # 2 is concerned, although it grew almost 120 cm high and the lower branches were quite far from the light. Bending clips helped a lot by throwing the branches outwards and thus giving them more light. The branches are heavy under the weight of the flowers so I had to tie it a bit to a stick. As for Mimosa # 1, the flowers are full of trichomes, the smell is divine, much stronger than in Mimosa # 2, but the flowers remained small and airy, not filling and hardening. Probably most of the flowers will go into the trim. Due to the height of the plants that are inside my 180 cm tall grow-box, the lights are much closer to the top of the plant than recommended by Migro, but I didn’t notice that their light is too strong, so bravo Migro. The temperature was high this week, around 30 degrees, and this is caused by the great heat outside which was above average this week. Humidity is a little above 50%, which is more than would be ideal, the cause is also heat, so the soil evaporates more and releases moisture. I have two fans that blow for 24 hours and thus prevent the potential occurrence of mold or similar problems. Ventilation also works at maximum power. Watering is still every two days, and more or less that’s all that happened this week, I’m patiently waiting for the harvest. Here is a brief overview of the week. 11/07/2021 - Day 57. Watering. I always prepare about 8 liters of water, p.H I adjusted to 6.4 and watered all three plants evenly. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 30 degrees and 50% humidity. 13/07/2021 - Day 59. Watering. Same procedure as two days earlier. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 31 degrees and 55% humidity. 15/07/2021 - Day 61. Watering. p.H - 6.2 Temp / Humidity on the farm - 30 degrees and 53% humidity. 17/07/2021 - Day 63. Watering and photography. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 30 degrees and 60% humidity. That’s it for this week, we’ll see more of what it will look like next week but it will very likely be harvesting all three plants at the same time. Until then, enjoy.

Medium: Look, I love coco/soil, organic/synthetic just as much as anyone. I’ve never really hated on any particular method and each has its uses depending upon the environment. That being said.... hydro is likely to be the predominant indoor method for us going forward. It ticks all the boxes that the average hobby grower is looking for. Maintenance is generally pretty easy, while I’ve found myself monitoring ph and tds more frequently, I’m still only mixing nutes once a week instead of three. The hassle factor is crazy mitigated here👍. From a sustainability perspective, nute consumption is wayyyy down, saving more dolla bills y’all! Added bonus is that veg. Growth rates are just insanely fast. From the moment she popped her head out to the start of week 4, this girl was fimmed, pruned, trained and flipped. She put out a full oz. more than the 6 week(v) mainline beside er😳. Now that is just straight amazing😎. The key advantages - BIG F$&K’N YIELDS and auto pilot care for up to 2 weeks. It is a little bit of a tricky medium but once you dial in the ratios - smooth sail’n the whole grow. I can focus on training/maintenance instead of feeding🤟🤟. If there’s a drawback to DWC it would be that I’d have concerns about leaving it for more than a couple days when she’s in full flower. They just drink so much that It’s a constant top off. All told, far and away the most effective and economical medium we’ve used😎. Method 🎚️🎚️🎚️🎚️🎚️ Under this COB light system, the best method to date has definitely been a mainline. It’s got so much canopy penetration that we’re pulling down 16” long colas packed with well developed buds. Here’s where strain, medium and method kinda collide though. This girl was on a hurry up and go schedule. We lost the first one to root rot and had to get this one off the ground and mature before the cycle sched. Was gonna flip. Not to mention it was totally screwing with our spring nursery timing too. She was fimmed once and then splayed with LST. Not much either - just enough to get er spread apart a little. So you combine ultra fast growth rates of hydro with a big yield strain like this on a fast paced training method that limits required recovery times... and you get this monster. Just a perfect grow that anyone would be extremely happy with. We used frozen water bottles In the res. twice a day throughout the grow. My issues with light leaks and temps are well documented and I’m constantly running up against one or the other as a hurdle. This plant was no different and she started to re-veg. In the last few days prior to chop. All due to a light leak from the cabinet beside this one that was running on an 18/6. Gonna have to plug some light holes prior to next grow. Other than that - she was amazing and the method here is getting an unusually high and very rare 5/5.😳 Yield/Harvest🌴🌴🌴🌴 The final number is just so sweet. 6.04oz and she veg’d less than a month. Overall, I could confidently say that’s both faster and better than most typical autos in general😳😎👍👌. Any time your rock’n out 5+oz is a good haul but in this kinda time frame - that’s just crazy. We let her go just a little longer (again, as per Spliff’s direction) and it was worth the extra patience. She’s dense as all hell and a nice add to the stash🤟. 2/28 - she got a feeding and I removed the shoots starting at each bottom node on every top. 6.0ph 3/3 - I took off the leaves that were at the nodes where I removed the shoots earlier this week. Now onto gaining height. Looking tight! 3/5 - Flush feeding

Loving the Colors of this strain and the Smells are Gassy with Fruity undertones.. I have been lucky to have anything get this far for this season but I made it.. Couple more weeks left I am guessing.. Have had Red wigglers in my Pots since around Week 2 of Flower and they are Thriving..

Day 57 : 600W LED, 18 hours on 6 hours off light schedule, the same with ventilation. Water intake 200 ml per day per plant, fertilization remains the same on Monday, Wednesday and Friday Biobizz Family and on Tuesday Thursday Saturday bat guano and Epsom salt. Humidity approx 50%. Day 58: I removed all the LST stuff so no more elastic bands and hooks. Day 62: Plants are fine Critical Orange Punch and Sour Stomper will be the quickest in this group. Lemon Zkittle' buds started getting thick...

They are starting to beginning the calix's and white hairs are forming lets GOOO!!!!!!

Day 70 Almost there. Last week of feeding. Water next week. Then flush. 2 more weeks should be done.

The Plants recovered from topping last week and are now more or less on one level. I increased the light strength every day. Now at 40%.

Really happy about last week. They got very little first pre flowers, but I don't think they will be really flowering this fast. They gained a little height and the smell increased a little bit.

This week the progress was fantastic , they are very healthy and flowers are growing faster than I can keep up. One of my plants is struggling has yellow spots on the leaves , was always significantly smaller than the others but I have done the exact same thing to all of them and I can’t figure out what is wrong . I would assume mayb over feeding and it’s only effecting this one because it is so small . But 1 out of 5 isn’t bad, it is still budding but not nearly on pace with the others.

Day 42-49 (Day 42) Just watered today but couldn’t go until runoff because I didn’t have enough RO. I forgot to add the probiotic too. Nonetheless, everything is starting to recover from those weird deficiencies and is looking super healthy. Plants are really bushing out now too. I had to top the zkittlez and BBB#3 again as they are just getting too big. Nothing is definitively showing sex yet but I’m seeing clues. Shouldn’t be long now. If I get 4 females or less I will use 10gal pots, 5-7 fem 5gal pots and 8-12 3gal pots. I need to stop overwatering. Even though it doesn’t look too overwatered, it is much better to water a little bit each day at lights on. This will help keep the humidity down as well as deliver optimal oxygen to the roots speeding up plant growth considerably. (Day 45) Gave an EM1 spray down today. The beneficial bacteria is said to overpopulate surfaces so powdery mildew and septoria can’t form. Something seems to be really working as I haven’t seen any yet. (Day 47) I sealed up the tent and am running both dehumidifiers and it’s keeping the RH around a safe 70% night and day which is right on track with VPD. Plants are all looking super healthy. Deficiencies have pretty much all cleared up. Cold nights I’m running 600w and warmer nights I’ll run 400w. I was asking around Instagram about white ash/good burn and a few different people assured me it has to do with mineral content of the soil. I was told the three best products for clean ash is glacial rock dust/basalt, oyster shell flour and langbeinite. I already have langbeinite so I’ll grab the other amendments today and top dress. I grabbed the amendments and also got some Destiny Organics dark matter super soil, coco and some beneficial nematodes. Top dressed each amendment except langbeinite and mulched in some coco coir. (Day 48) My shelf came in today and I think it may be to big for the 4x4 tent. Each square is 12”, not the 11.8” advertised. I could wipe down my flower room and set it up in there which would give my plants a good adjustment to the new lights before I flip. Or I could set it up in the veg tent but that seems like a huge hassle as the need to be moved and flipped soon anyway. I wish they would show sex already so I can toss out the plants I’m not keeping. For flower I am considering starting over fresh with the new Destiny soil and coco mixed with some amendments. I’m concerned that my current mix might be too hot. I could also dilute it with the Destiny/coco mix. Those little bulb mites that came in with the worm castings are a little concerning as well. Some say they are just beneficial composters aka “worm bin mites” and others are telling me they’re predatory bulb mites which destroy crops like garlic. I’m leaning towards beneficial composters but in another grow I watched them devour a seedling before it sprouted. Gotta check the current roots but the plants aren’t quite ready to be transplanted. (Day 49) Got everything in the flower tent wiped down and sprayed with alcohol then EM1 few hours later. Got the shelf set up and got all my temp controls set up and running. I put the controllers outside the tent this time and will patch any light leaks. Gave a lite compost tea at 830ppm and a velokelp foliar spray at 6ml/L. This will be the last veg feeding before I transplant into their final containers on the 31st. BCTG#2 is a confirmed male and I pulled him. No one else is showing definitively. Roots looked super healthy with very few mites but I’m not 100% convinced they’re all clean. I saw a few mites on leaves today too. Saw a bit of droop after the move but they all look happy just a few hours later. Took a few clones from some sucker branches on a few of the blackberries.
