DAY 49 F: Hi Growmies. It seems that the girl scout cookies have thrown me a curveball by going for another pistil flush !!. I thought they were close to finish , especially #1 who looked ready to trot at the start of the week but as I watched , the pistils began popping up on the plants. With 2 weeks left this was a relief!. A quick finish is never my goal with flowering but not trying this strain before , I did think it may be the auto version finishes quicker. They are now on their dragon force finish feeds for the next week to power those converted nutes to good use. As there are now 3 Girl scouts and only 2 amnesia haze , they are all naturally fading with some beautiful colours among the leaves . The Amnesia are going strong on building the bud stacks and plenty of trichromes build up now too. They are starting to look quite potent and they smell so fruity sweet now. I am keeping the rh at around 55% so far but have plenty of airflow too. All the bud sets are really nicely compacted on these girls so far with the exception of the critical cheese but she is a sativa and only now hitting her true stride. Hopefully her long colas will be formed into long donkey appendages before harvest.!!. I will keep feeding as the Amnesia gets fed as they should finish around the same time too. The tent is filling up with varying strain smells now and when I opent the flap , a sweet , pungent weed and fruit aroma oozes out. Be safe and well

Ciao a tutti! Sono veramente senza parole per la quantità di terpeni e tricomi, mai avuti risultati simili. Devo dire che la linea advanced nutrients sta facendo tutto il suo dovere, non ho mai sentito un profumo così, si sente anche fuori di casa. Ho defogliato ancora tra una rete e l'altra andando a eliminare tutte le foglie che erano inutili, per evitare rischi muffa (visto anche l'umidificatore acceso) e per far sì che aria e luce non abbiano impedimenti a circolare liberamente. Penso che manchino 3 settimane, dalla prossima inizierò con l'overdrive per far sì che la pianta inizi a scaricare tutto quello che ha. Sono veramente soddisfatto, senza parole. La prossima volta metterò solo più due vasi e due strain, per ridurre il consumo di acqua e fertilizzanti, ho visto che ce la posso fare tranquillamente e più o meno nelle stesse tempistiche, visto l'eccessivo allungamento avuto questa volta. Una nota di merito allo strain, la barney's non delude mai ma la mimosa evo è veramente top, lo scorso anno ho fatto quella normale stavolta per orange punch e devo dire che è lo strain migliore che ho messo finora. Bene, continuerò a rifarmi gli occhi, a settimana prossima! 🤣 🍀😎💪🏼🔝

I’ll be harvesting this lady next week! Super frosty and very happy with the yield and density considering she is in a tiny coke can 8.5 oz. Smells sweet, dense, and yummy! Just trying to keep her upright and watered—- starting to flush now. ✌️💚🌿💨

Week 5, now we are talking, she is stretching and the roots are growing at a really nice rate. Feeding is almost at the recommended max without her showing signs of overfeeding, I always increase and try to push the plant but you need to go slow, step by step and see how she reacts, always give her 48 hours to see how she copes with the new dose, If she looks healthy stick to dose for the week and increase the following. A good trick to see if you plant wants more of less fertilizer is reading the ppm and check when the res level is lower after 3 days or so, if the ppm rises but the water level doesn't go down quick she has to much feeding. If the PPM stay the same or drop with quick water intake means she takes it in very happy and maybe can take more. Will continue to rise the dose till we reach the recommended max of 2.5ml/l, might play with the ratio later on.

This week started with Sweet Tooth showing lots of new growth, and little-to-no noticable deficiencies. Day 24- first training session. Performed initial LST bending. Plant snapped back up within the day Day 25 - fed a cup of clean water. PH:5.9 T:19°c Day 27 - more LST. Really want to pump my bud production with proper canopy maintenance this grow, so I'll be getting these in as much as I can without hurting the plant. **She is also starting to show first signs of flowering. Day 28 - fed 2 cups of week 4 nutrient solution, but added a little extra bloom and cal-mag, because it's pretty much week 5 at this point, so I modified my amounts with that in mind. PH: 6.04 PPM: 510 T:18.3°c End of week 4! Sweet Caroline is looking great. Showing a little bit of yellowing on the tips of a few sets of leaves, so I raised the light up and will watch to make sure it's not anything else. (Not too worried though) On to week 5. Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. This Purple Punch didn't break soil until 4 days from getting wet. I ended up with a slightly mutated Purple Punch Seedling as she has 3 Cotyledons instead of 2. I have friends who have had this and they told me they turned out just fine yield and terp wise just really based more on the phenotype than the fact that it was genetically mutated. She is in a Solo Cup in ProMix/Perlite under the Spectrum X at 30% Power which is 230 Watts in V1 or Veg Mode. Very happy so far with the light as it is keeping all nodes tight and all leafs green and pointed upwards. I will also this Purple Punch's roots to fill the solo cup and then I will transplant her into a final 3.4 gallon airpot and hook her up to an auto feeding halo coming from a reservoir. When a plants roots are just fertigated in soil they are lacking in oxygen until some drying takes place. In Coco Coir, they have the perfect ratio of H20/Oxygen just after watering and as long as the Coir stays somewhat saturated. This is why high frequency fertigation pays off in coco coir. My plan is to top her one time by day 28 or so at the latest, or at least before she starts flowering, so whatever node that will be depends on her growth between now and then. ABxRKO is about 42.5" tall, and has been top dressed with about 3tsp of grow dots to give it a phosphorus boost in flower HBSS is about 26.5" tall and has been top dressed with about 2tsp grow dots as I believe it is fighting a phosphorus deficiency. She is giving all the smells, a bright red starburst like fruity smell with a stark citrus note.

Hello. Wow! The hottest its ever been around here. New temp records were/are set across the province with a new all time new Canadian record set in Litton B.C. at +47. C. It wasn't quite so hot in the greenhouse though. only 39 C and 25% RH. I watered with cold water (as cold as it got out of the tap. And it was 22 C.) each afternoon to cool the roots down some. I had 4 fans running through the day and 6 at night to try to cool the floor (a cement slab) down some. The plant have been taking the heat well I didn't see any drooping leaves. This coming week will be a bit cooler with temp predicted 25 to 30 C. Yeahhh! This is my 1 year anniversary of being with Grow Diaries. My grow room isn't that big so I like to pick a strain and grow 4 or 5 seeds and pick out the best one and clone it. It makes the seeds so much cheaper than having to buy new seeds each time you start like with autos. I'm just amazed at how some growers have done 50 or 60 diaries in a year and a half. That's a lot of work and dedication. Well done. Chuck.

The LST really opened up the girls and helped them to increase volume. During the week PE finally got some more training, it feels like she opened up nicely. It is not very comfortable to grow 2 plants in a 60*60cm tent.
