And then there was one... This beast took over the tent and needed its own space so thats what I gave it and boy did it repay the favour! Plenty of really dense bud with a wonderful smell. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas 💚

Towards the end of the harvest, mold developed due to high temperature and humidity. I lost about 30% of my harvest. The buds did not fully mature. Despite all the setbacks, we managed to get a harvest.

10/26: Germinated two Sweet Zkittlez and a single Black Jack seed. 10/29: Decided to plant another Black Jack seed... 11/2: Had other germ failures, so planted a pair of Gorilla Girls as replacements.

This, paired with our steadfast mix of Sugar Royal, Power Roots, and Orca, is dispensed religiously every four days to maintain optimal health and vitality. Plant has solid root base

Hey all! 🙌 It's me again, after a hiatus I'm back in action and this time I'll be growing two plants! The strain is Green Gelato from Royal Queen Seeds and the two babies are going to be Pistachio and Matcha, two green ice creams flavors to match with the strain name! 😋 I started soaking both seeds in a glass with water for 24 hours to hydrate them (I forgot to take a photo of this!) and after that I placed them in a jiffy pellet. After some days Pistachio was the first one to show while Matcha was still being a little behind. During this I made a small mistake, instead of opening the cardboard box where I placed the seeds I left the baby plant inside so she grew a bit too much during the night... ooops! But nothing too serious (I got it fixed after moving her into a cup). Some days after Matcha appeared but it seemed she was having a small issue, it seemed like part of her shell was still stuck to her so I helped by removing it and then she started to grow normally once again. Right now I moved Pistachio to one of those red cups and I used some mycorrhizas on her! Glomus mosseae and glomus intraradices to be more precise! Next week I'll be doing the same with Matcha. 😊 I also started making a timelapse (I think it looks awful haha but it helps to see how Matcha started to recover!) Blue Cheese F1 automatic Week 6 2/9-15 The Cheese gals are in full flower, the buds are puffing out and stacking. I even see some lower buds connecting to the upper buds and some pistils are turning brown. There is some smell when I open the tent. The F1 genetics are reflected in that these 2 plants are almost identical. I don’t see much difference in their growth so far using the different mediums. Soil and soil/coco blend. Maybe harvest will show a difference in yield from each one. Time will tell. On 2/13 I did major defoliation on my Cheese gals. I removed all large fan leaves and any leaves shading bud sites. Initially, I thought this would be my last defoliation, however I have heard that 1) they continue to grow new leaves until day 20 of flower and 2) there must be enough foliage on the plant to photosynthesize energy. Well, I hope I left enough leaves for energy to keep bulking up the buds. Stretching has slowed down. Both girls grew only an inch and now 17 inches. This is only the end of flower week 2. Controller is set to flower. I add 2 gallons of water to the T700 humidifier daily to keep the VPD in line. 2/9 & 11 4 gal fed 2 liter each nutrients added at ½ of recommended amount. Making 4 gallons since I have 2 pots of carrots and a Dill in the back. Just started this one off... Not much to say so far. This is a coco grow. I started off with an amended Coco using Gaia Green 4-4-4 and power bloom 2-8-4.

So everything took off in flower, I was super harsh with the defoliating which initially I regretted, but was surprised with how they packed out during the following weeks. In general it's impressive how hardy these plants are. Even the outdoor grows yielded some quality. Add some more nuets (overdrive and carbo load), before flushing about 14 days before harvest, next time I'll do this earlier and really the Runtz could have gone another week but my drying needs to happen in the same space as my growing for now. Apologies for the quality of image, I'm just using my phone and some bits I have to document, I collect records too, so expect weird noises lol. Build a rotating plat from a lazt susan I found, has been the best piece of kit added this season.

5/3 - topped between 5th and 6th node, removed first node, pinned branches out flat, removed 2 big fan leaves blocking the lower branches, watered and fed, gave a bit over one quart. She's showing pistils already! 5/5 - repositioned the training wires and removed the top 2 large fan leaves. One of the lower branches reached the side of the container, so I topped it there.
