Week 6 of flowering 10/23/24 Changed nutrients to fit week 6 Buds are getting even bigger and thicker. Defoliated a little. Noticed a PH of 4.8 in runoff, same as the late stage of flower in my previous grow. After lowering feed EC, CalMag on max strength, flushing with 0.8ec nutes for 3 days in a row, nothing changed and PH stayed the same. Read in a forum thread about constant low PH in the rootzone when growing in coco. Got great info about CEC, water, nutrients and little chemistry from a detailed explanation. (https://www.icmag.com/threads/recurring-problem-with-low-ph-in-coco.338385/page-2#post-10843765) Flushed plants with tap water + calmag, PH 6.5. Used 120L total for 4 plants in 2 days. 1st day: flushed after lights on, did not water until 2 hours before lights off and flushed again. Runoff PH went up a little, but not to the correct range. 2nd day: flushed after lights on and checked runoff EC + PH, of each plant. Fortunately, PH got corrected to 5.8, and I returned to automatic watering 4 times a day (with 10%-20% runoff). Thoughts: In the last grow, I thought I had a problem because of salts buildup in the media with constantly low PH in late flower. I didn't fully correct the problem till chop day. Same problem here in the same stage of flower without the salt buildup. After reading every forum I could find about the problem, I understood that my bloom nutes were the main problem because of their chemical composition. The coco ability to exchange ions lead to the low PH in the rootzone. It got worse quickly because I did not use any tap water with the feedings, so the PH could swing easily and drastically without resistance. After I looked online for the T.A. feeding chart, I saw they used TriPart Grow till week 7 of flower, the Nitrogen type they are using will up the PH. CocoForCannabis chart that I'm using, has not enough nitrogen to combat the bloom nutes PH down effect in flower. It gets even worse with RO water because there are no minerals that can resist PH down. Now I'm using 30% tap water with rest RO water, T.A. TriPart feeding chart with calmag and silica. Hopefully I have corrected the problem for the rest of the grow. It wasn't easy, because there were lots of variables that worsened the problem quickly. Now I'm checking runoff PH and EC daily. I divided the plant in four, it was hung up and dried at 19°C for 7 days. After that it was dry trimmed. Papaya Zoap F1 Fast Version: = 122 g buds + 20 g trimm = 142g

I'd like to say. This is prolly the 2nd week into flower. For being what it is, I feel like there doing well. Will feed tomorrow there last feed was about 5 days ago but remember I'm going heavy with feed and letting them drink everything else thru the bottom. I also do have microbs in this soil. And add them after every feed.

My o my, what can I say... These ladies are gorgeous! Along with adding in the 2000W along side my 600W, I cut out the grow solution in my nutes contrary to the instructions and my ladies are booming! We'll see how the rest of the week continues! I started a majority bloom with some added glucose for my feed to help with bud weight but they are really packing on. Hopefully next week will be my last week of feeding as trichrome production increases and I can start my 2 week flush!

(Max30 min28 con Luz). Llevaba varios días comiéndome la cabeza , de mientras tengo medio abierto las compuertas del indoor. Todo lo demás funciona, se las ve Sanas, veremos las próximas semanas.

Start of week 6! Increased the feeding this week, with an extra liter fed during day 5 of week 5. It definitely helped and will continue on with the extra feed, for the rest of this grow. She's a hungry girl! Bud sites are developing nicely and the smell and stickyness is amazing!

Another fast update! 😃 Hey guys! I hope everything is going well for everyone. This is the 2nd week of flower and I'm here again to share what happened last week! My babies now get thirsty really easy, nothing like how it used to be (and you can actually see them stressing over it in my photos) but gladly nothing that some water can't fix. The main colas are also starting to grow more and they are full of small developing flowers (they look super pretty! 😍) Some side stems are also outgrowing the main branches... and I'm kinda unsure what I want to do (or if I should do anything). Maybe LST or supercrop them? (I might screw things up by doing it in flower and I have never done it before 😭) I don't know. I also want to trim some leaves away since the foliage is very dense but I fear I might end stressing them! I will probably make a grow question to know what others think. I'm back on a normal nutrient schedule. I'm no longer "overfeeding" them and I water them 4 times a week (but with little water). Next week I'll try doing 3 but with more water and see if they like it more that way. So far I love how the plants are developing! 9.26 - The Dumpster Queens is really starting to stank good. Very diesel and earthy! The buds are still putting on weight and are dense, very little squish or give when I give em a moderate pinch. I am imagining I have ~3 weeks left before chop.

The Cheese is the Cheese! Mm the smell. Shut my extraction fan off for some vids the other night and when we awoke in the morning., oh my lord. I can't even describe the odor in my home, but the wife sure wasn't happy. I forgot to turn the fan back on. I have done this before but never has it smelled the way it did the other morning. Oh well, all good now. The Cheese trees are happy, as am I. Couple more week and hope they ripen up quickly. These are some beauty plants. Looking forward to trying the cheese, then some crackers lol.

Some of the buds/ leafs were starting to turn brown. It seems like it was a bit past it's prime, I harvested on day 60 of flower. The strain was 56-63 days Jack Herer by pHenos Nursery. The trichoms looked ready, I did have some issues that I've noted in previous weeks but it smells amazing and I can't wait for it to finish drying and curing!

One of the plants is having some slight lockout from possible over feeding, flushed with water for 2 cycles until the ppm looked better and now I feel we are on track to flip to flower to tonight!

the race continues. at the moment both are still on a par. a good 5 cm in growth. there is currently a lot of sunshine and really good temperatures. apart from that, not much has happened yet.
