Germinated some seeds from a bag. Not sure if the grower just accidentally pollinated his flower room or if the plants will have hermy genetics /: Either way I've always wanted to grow and currently in a good situation to do so. Once the seeds popped I started doing a ton of research but the plants were moving quicker than I could possibly get up to speed so kinda winging it at this point. I have some good seeds on the way so treating these as "warm-ups" and will be experimenting with different types of training and hopefully just getting the basics under my belt. The largest plant (Big Mumma) popped her roots out the jiffy bag before the end of wk 1 so I pulled off the netting and transplanted her into a 5L fabric pot with Canna Coco mixed w/ 30% perlite. At this point I'm watering with rainwater and mixing with the recommended dose of Professors Go Green (guy at the hydro store recommended I use it as cal-mag). I do not have a way to measure the EC or PH as I'm waiting for my meters to arrive. The tent arrived by the end of the week and I got it setup and transplanted the rest of the girls.

The plants are all really taking off nice bud growth and very healthy looking canopy. Plants are going through water every 3 days on the dot now. I have noticed that one plants buds are showing some purple hues but the others remain colorless so far. The Smell is really nice already. Very fruity it reminds me of fruit loops. My light is on full blast and the plants are praying nicely. There have been no signs of stress from the flip. I will likely defoliate a bit at the end of the week to make sure everything can get as much light as possible.

The leaves are turning yellow regularly, I have removed the fertilizers, the pistils are ripe, the resin is out, there are all the signs for a harvest which should take place towards the end of next week. Why am I talking about the previous generation? Because these have certainly moved forward with speed, I have seen them grow and above all swell the flowers like I have never seen them do. As for the rest of the resin and pistils, everything is really in place. I want to do a terpene inspection soon and evaluate the ripeness for the harvest. I love this time of the week, when I sit down and think about what to write here. It reminds me of how simple this organic living soil method is. There’s really not much to say!! The girls are doing great, the leaves have a slightly yellow hue, but the plants will get their final top dress today (day 103, F43) and should be done 2-3 weeks from now. So excited!!! My little population of hypoaspis mites seems to get out of hand. I’ll admit, it scares me and I can get quite hostile with them. I’ve made my peace with them for now though! I’m sorry little guys 💔 The smells are so intense. Reminds me of those pineapple cheese sticks at parties. Absolute stank city, I can’t wait to smell them post-cure 😎 See you next week growmies! This was a hell of a journey and I leanred so much along the way. Really impressed with the outcome and how forgiving this strain was for a novice grower. The spark that started me on this journey has sure as shit turned into a flame.
