Hi guys! Here we are again, closing report for week 12, or 8 of flowering, as you prefer. This was a great week! I'm super happy in first place, to be home again, and that gives me much more time to look after the plants, the conditions, and really take great care of the grow. All the 5 plants had great development in their bud production and amounts. The grow tent looks small for this 5 girls and now they're struggling a little with the space. About the feedings: I started flushing already. Might be early for many, but I don't see the need for more nutrients when the plants are looking so nice, and I'm also satisfied with it, so now just water until the end. Curiously, the 2 shortest ones are showing signs og being ready very soon as you can see in the close up shots and video. I might give it another week and will chop them both around december 13/14 The remaining 3 ones... they're still work in progress, growing enormously big for my expectations, and filling up the empty spaces with sweet, fruity and tropical aromas in the room. Damn it smells nice when you open that grow room. So yeah, basically now she's just finishing up, drinking water at 6.3 to 6.5PH max, 28 to 38ppm, the temps are good, 18 with lights off, 27 lights on... The only 'issue' this week it turning the plants a bit because they're bending with the weight. Besides that, all good. This happy grower is done for this week, let's see what week 13 will bring us. What’s uppp! Week fifteenth (six in bloom) is behind us.✌️🌼 This week the buds swelled up a bit more. They’re starting to harden and smell amazing! This one’s definitely going to be sticky 👌 Reducing the CalMag had a good effect. She’s no longer that dark green. We’re also starting to see some purple colors coming through! I’d estimate around 3–4 weeks left, but we’ll see. Esta semana fue bastante positiva,se recupero del transplante y de las podas. En breve comenzare a quitarle horas de luz para que comience la etapa de floración. La rama que se rompio logró recuperarse,espero que a futuro resista el peso del cogollo.🤞🤞😁😁

It's hard to see any upward growth but the buds are getting thicker and ripening. The smell is getting more pungent. The smell eminates and tries to escape the tent when open. The more fresh air she gets the more smell comes out. Idk if I'm burning my trichromes but I have my light at 100 this week but still keeping temps low.

will have to see but at 8 & 10 weeks, i think they look a little small. as long as i continue watering, this new maxsisun mf2000 should fatten these buds up. cant wait for next grow with the new light in 3x3 tent. this is becoming the best hobby i can recall next to working in my garden all summer. and this grow diary is great as you can have an honest review of progress etc...i have learned so much from this community. Things seem to be going well. Really good bud development for only the end of week one. Not much stretch happening.but that's a good thing because I'm basically out of floor space

Thank you to everyone for following this journey! The results were nuts. Honestly, I would've been happy with 40g dry as this is my first grow. I DEFINITELY did not expect this outcome which is insane. This gives me so much confidence in my future grows and appreciation for the companies whose products I used. So, now to the point - Dry weight - Top class buds - 176g, smaller buds - 32g, larf/leaves/scissor hash - 26g. To sum up - 208g of product you can smoke and 26g that'll go to edibles. First grow, 2x2 tent, 100w light, three-part fertilizer and cal mag - that's insane, especially because I was expecting nothing more than 60g and like I mentioned, I would've been happy with 40g. I even thought my scale was broken or something went wrong, I still can't believe I pulled 208g of bud. It took 117 days from seed to smoke - that's disregarding the cure. Seed to flower in 42 days. Flower to harvest in 61 days. 14 days drying. Thank you to FastBuds, I've sent them an email about the grow with some questions and got a speedy reply with some pointers towards the end of the flower. Also, I don't have anything to compare this grow with but I had 0 issues with pests which I was really happy about. I didn't have to spray anything on the plants, didn't have a single bug inside the tent. They mention on the website that NL is a very resilient strain so that might've been because of this specific strain. Spiderfarmer light did amazing too - 208g of bud from 100w light!. General Hydroponics did way better than I expected - there's so many companies with multiple bottles of nutrients that expect you to spend ridiculous amounts of money on their products while I got crazy results with just 3 basic bottles. Cal and Mag by Canna worked with no complaints. Takeaways - seems like the runoff pH doesn't matter in coco - I could be wrong but I struggled with coco pH from the very beginning. Regardless, the outcome speaks for itself. Maybe the harvest would've been even better with an optimal pH but in this particular grow, I don't think it mattered much. Before starting this grow I've done A LOT of research and it looks like it most definitely paid off! I was panicking at first because of the slow growth. The plant also had some leaf deformities and the color wasn't as green as I've expected it to be. It was stressful at first, I think especially because I was constantly comparing my grow to someone else's. This specific LST method where I kept rotating the main stem clockwise every day or two paid off as well. The canopy was relatively even and new tops grew crazy fast. The only thing left to do is to cure the bud. I had two 1.5L containers ready for cure/storing since I didn't expect to pull much but had to go acquire a few more "big boys" to fit all the product in, which is a good problem to have. I don't think that I'll be updating the cure here but the plan is to burp 2x/day for 15-30min each time for the first week and 1x/day for 15-30min the second week. After the first couple of weeks I won't be timing the burps. As of now, I've placed boveda 62% packs inside the containers to maintain a RH of at least 58% in the jars. About the Northern Lights strain - the smell hasn't fully returned yet post trim, but it smells like sweet fruits with a hint of black pepper. You can still smell a bit of pine/grass but I think that'll be gone after the cure. Buds are covered with trichomes, they shine like diamonds when you take a better look. Also, the buds look a little airy but are still really dense when pressed. The smoke - It's a tasty, relaxing high. I get why people describe it as night time smoke but for me personally, it grounds me a bit and I can enjoy it anytime. Also, it burns white ash :)) P.S. This is a lengthy diary but I hope that people can learn some stuff from my notes shall they read them! Thanks to everyone that followed the journey, showed support or just browsed through. 11/29 Start week 4 still solidly in veg Tighten training daily . Still on same feed of 800ppm Water filter be in Monday-ish and so I can drop the tap water TDS so to raise the nuet level. 12/1 Continuing to get hang of coco, the runoff in particular will be worked on. Happy with it 12/2 Seeing the first signs of flower so beginning the intro of bloom nuets. dropped the CT A&B Grow to 9ml/gal adding 1 ml/gal Bloom A&B. Will increase the bloom over the next week to full. 12/5 Into the flowering tent still on half grow half bloom nuets 800ppm for a while. Changed feeding to once per day 1 qt(liter) with @ one cup runoff each (25%) New camera learning how to use it

On week 8 i just gave these girls a water feed because i been dealing with ph problems so i ph my water at 5.0 - 5.4 for about week and a half to try and bring the levels downs so far its been working the ph reading today was round 7 -6.9 so happy now we can move forward. Did a lil Lst today to get the new site growing taller. So happy growing and cheers

Initiated flower with a 48 hour period of darkness on the 35th day from seed. #SFgrow

2/13: Stem still seems stretched from the shell being stuck on the leaves. 2/16: Decent heat stress observed an afternoon. Temperature was 80° and the light has been at 100%. Move the light to 26 in and open more events in the tent and window in the room to let in cold air overnight. Time to temperature got down to 62°. 2/18: Heat stress is improving. Keeping her well watered.

Growth is phenomenal , scent is starting to get stronger. Looking super healthy noticeable growth daily. That bud candy from advanced nutrients is really coming into work now. That makes me super excited. THICCCC 🍭 trim in full force or i think anyways lol. Advanced nutrients Bud Ignitor introduction this week!

A bit more mild LST yesterday just to space the tops out a bit more. I've defoliated a lot of the inner leaves and I'm continuing to foliar feed on top of my regular feed the Flower Karma Induction by Madame Grow at a strength of 0.7g per Litre. I'm foliar feeding this once every 2 - 3 days an hour before lights on or straight away after lights off (depending if I'm awake early enough haha). Moved the girl onto her first flower nutes now and the Jamaican bloom P28-K25 will be her staple until she starts to swell and I switch her to Bazooka Bloom K30. She's definitely in the swing of her flower stretch as she's grown between 1 -2 inches over the last week.

Nach meiner Beurteilung haben sie eine gesunde Höhe und Breite erreicht, man erkennt gut wo später die Blüten entstehen. Ich nehme gerne Ratschläge von der Community an.

Not much to show this week on the timelapse as we had a cold snap and power went out momentarily, and as such, the camera stopped recording, without me realizing this. So I have also added a little video of the rooms progress. Even with the small bit of footage, I can see that my feeding schedule twice a day seems to keep the leaves from drooping at any time in the video, so I will be keeping this going as is, checking the PH every couple of days and topping up the nutes bucket as needed. I am noticing some leaves dying, but they seem to be mostly ones that are not getting enough light and I am removing them as I go. The upper leaves and buds are looking strong so far, and just a touch of smell in the room. The colas are also starting to thicken and my fingers are getting sticky and stinky when working around them. Looking at the plants from a normal distance, they don't look very crystally, but the close up shots really are making them shine. After taking the pics, I like to zoom in on them and see all the crystals.
