Girls are getting to starting to have a smell not too strong

10/18/24 the pistils are coming in nice. im worried about the possible presence of mites and thrips though. will keep an eye on it

I saw some Thrips on the plant, i will be getting a pesticide for them, shouldn’t be causing a lot of problems other than a bit of “snail trail” and yellowing. I watered a gallon with the above nutrients. Water pH 6.5 Water runoff pH 6.3 I checked the ppm for the first time, water was 855 runoff was 1010, which means there is salt buildup around the roots, i will flush it next watering. Buds are growing well, no issues with growth other than the yellowing of the leaves.

Had to secure the Plants because they are getting so tall that the wind starts to hit them realy hard. So far its holding them pretty well Nice and dense Bud Structure already, hyped about the short internodial distance

Shortly will be time for curing.

Going to flush them for one week. Planning harvesting after that but not 100% sure. There are new pistols and tricomes hasn’t got amberish yet. Their bud growth got faster after new light installation.

April 22nd No changes to nut's, temp, or humidity, but we did have to raise the lights with the growth. I may have mixed up a couple of my Green Crack grow's images but I did the exact same with both grows with amazing results both times, so if you see three then four plants it is due to my well intentioned intent to post each of these as I did them but forgot. LOL

D32 - The first day in the first week of flower. D34 - I gave her 1.2-liters of compost tea @ pH 6.5. I'm not sure yet, but I suspect that the thrips in my other tent have made it over here. No definite proof, though, so I might just be imagining things. Yesterday, I turned on the UV on my light. It's a bit early for this girl, but the other girl in the tent is three weeks further along and can use some UV. D35 - It looks like the thrips have made it into the tent :( The good news is that there's currently only damage on one leaf, so I removed it. Let's hope the predatory mites do their thing. D38 - The last day in the first week of flower. Not much to report. She must be stunted, considering how small she is. I have no idea why, as she looked happy and healthy throughout the grow. Maybe I screwed up when I transplanted her, or maybe there's something with the soil after all.

I harvested her 1 week before I did with her mom, and she is definetely stronger! Not as lemony as her mom, and I have no clue why, since they were fed just the same. The high is strong, but keeps me talkative and socializing...

So flushed for a week now and harvested all but one plant! Personally think I timed harvest time on a few plants wrong as they seem quite dark! Also picking at fan leaves very late on certainly didn’t help on two of the plants but overall for my first grow quite pleasing but know a lot can be improved on for my next grow! Personally also added canna pk13/14 to late into flowering time Harvest 2 x sensi skunk fem 1 x auto gsc 1 x auto bcn Remaining sensi skunk plant is currently in darkness for 72 hours before being harvested!

The time is finally here to post the harvest. I waited till it was all done and dry before updating the dairy so will add in the dry weights next on the 2nd half of the harvest entry. I enjoyed this plant a lot, its grew well and loved how it was shorter and fatter. I wonder if it was at the dame distance from the plant if It could have done even more. Had some issues with the yellowing that was happening on the other plant in this tent. I should have treated this faster with a flush but was super reluctant and it may have hurt the yields a bit. The top best looking buds looked and smelled amazing even the lower buds where doing well not so larfy like the other plant. There was crazy strong smells with this plant, sour berries and hints of lemon, it was a best smelling plant I have grown to date. This would be a great plant to grow for beginners, cant take a lot of stress and still produces quite well and even on lower wattage leds it was good. It was not the most crystally looking plant, not like the maltezerz but still had some finger hash buildup but a small amount. I feel this plant would be a winner for a rosin press. I don't plan on growing this strain out again despite me liking a lot of qualities about it. I'm only trying to grow cbd dominate plants is the main reason. If my friends really like this I have some clones so can always give them some. Speaking of clones they are doing well outside, greened up a lot and showing signs of revegging. Took some photos of the weed hang drying on day 1 in the tent and a week later to show how much they shrink. Only some of the lower growth is larfy, will make good edibles or hash, that will be a fun project to do and may include that in my projects diary. My light grew for 20 weeks and 4 days, or 144 days. almost 21 weeks total. $35.67 / 144d = 0.2477$/d average of about 25c a day in electricity 337.2kw for the entire grow. Using the regular calculation of grams harvested divided by watts used is not accurate to me, it does not account for all the time the lamps are on, the length of grow to the over all cost. The calculation that makes sense to me is this, harvested dry weight of usable cannabis buds/trim/keif/whatever in grams divided by total kw used. Could also combine it with grams per total single use costs “anything you used only for this grow and wont reuse in the next, or fractions of multi use items like fertilizers if they ½ full” and see how much you’re investing per gram. "kw" ÷ "g" = kw/g "$" ÷ "g" = $/g I have harvested 4.57oz or 129.6g on 337.2kw. 337.2kw ÷ 129.6g = 2.60 kw/g of usable cannabis. This is not an ideal ratio for me and looks like a lot of energy waste happened from the extended veg period. $35.67 ÷ 129.6g = 0.28c/g It cost 28c/g when comparing total electricity cost to gross yield, almost identical to the comparison of total electrical cost to the number of days in the grow 25c/day. Looking fantastic, every day she's looking better and better. Not seeing anymore issues with the leaves. Looks very happy and leaves nice and full and perky. Has been drinking 4L every two days. Typically get about 500-750ml runoff per watering. I've been feeding once a week and just water with CalMag for everyother watering. So basically feed, water, water, feed. Measuring my ppm run off on the water days are showing the plant is eating and typically on the second be day of watering I see the ppm really start to drop, near 1000ppm. My feeding mixture is around 1480ppm with my tap water baseline of 298ppm. Feel like I have a good handle on everything now and learned from my previous mistakes, but that's how you learn She's looking great the past week, looks like buds are starting to grow. See a lighter lime green on all my tops. Did some major defoliation borderline lollipopping there's a few smaller ones I'm keeping you around just to see what happens. Tried to remove as many leaves that were blocking Bud sites or not getting much light or just kind of look stupid lol Very happy with how everything is going. I had a blood skunk auto seed going bud unfortunately some bug decided to eat the entire top of my seedling and killed it. is what it is a little bummed out but I'll definitely have to pick up some of those seeds in the future was a free one I got with my strawberry banana for next round, with some hash passion Gave her another haircut at the of the week to make sure all the tops are getting light and remove all the lower suckers and the largest leaves as big as my hand
