Cali crasher grew great under the Hortibloom Solux 350. She has some nice colas on her. She did start drying out when I had her in darkness. Her time has come so it is not a big deal.i dud have to treat her for mites when she was vegging. Beside that there was no major grow issues. Thank you Hortibloom, and Doctor's Choice. 🤜🏻🤛🏻🌱🌱🌱 Thank you grow diaries community for the 👇likes👇, follows, comments, and subscriptions on my YouTube channel👇. ❄️🌱🍻 Happy Growing 🌱🌱🌱 https://youtube.com/channel/UCAhN7yRzWLpcaRHhMIQ7X4g

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 22 – Vegetative Phase: There have been no changes to the VPD, PPFD, or CO₂ (ppm) settings. The plants are responding with strong growth. Every two days, the shoots are carefully guided horizontally toward the ground with great caution. The goal of the current phase is to reach the edge of the pot while maintaining minimal vertical growth. Day 26 – Vegetative Phase: Every two days, the plants are shaped using careful LST. The two strongest shoots of each plant were topped again. It is important to closely observe the plants—shoots that already appear relatively thin should not be topped again. Due to the vigorous growth, the plants’ transpiration rate has increased. As a result, relative humidity consistently rose above 80%. According to VPD targets, at temperatures between 27 and 29.5 °C, an RH of approximately 63–73% is required. A dehumidifier was improvised and now ensures the appropriate relative humidity.

Aug 23: Sunday Punch EV is very fast and is getting close to ready. The buds are getting quite big and are weighing down the branches. Without the Scrog net she would be too floppy for all these buds. Plants are a bit too green lately so maybe there’s too much N still, but she’ll grow out of it. For pH adjustments I use apple cider vinegar normally but I ran out last week and was using malt vinegar. That must be one of the sources of excess N so I switched to regular white vinegar. Anyway, she is a very impressive plant. Aug 27: getting noticeably frostier. Hot again today. Increased water volume to about 9 L per day done as three 3 L waterings in morning, afternoon and finally in evening. Adding potassium silicate still to water and adjusting pH with vinegar and then adding a squirt of Dr Bronners Peppermint Soap as a wetting agent (surfactant) and the smell supposedly keeps bugs away. Unfortunately there are hardly any insects around any more, so, yay. Aug 28: flash pics before using red light. Don’t do flash pics of your plants if you don’t follow it up with a red light. Still seems a bit risky but this is the fourth year doing it and it seems fine.

I cant believe how FAT Mimosa got. Looks like it's on a McDonald's only diet...big, juicy and shiny this one is. The fade is on half way alredy and despite i cuted a couple of branches on the Apple&Bazookiez, I've decidid to let it go another week. Colours on this one are stunning. Red and purple buds and fades all over. Despite the slim rock hard nuggets i believe the thc and terpenes are going to make up for the lack of weight. They have been on straight ph water for the last 2 weeks and thats how they going to be for the last 1 and 2 weeks respectively. See you on next Sunday. Good grows🌲

So I’d like to welcome 👋👋 you all to my competition journey (well, probably — because shortly after I bought the seeds, it turned out there was no longer an option to join 😭😱). However, since the seeds were delivered straight to my door, even if I don’t end up being able to participate in the competition, I’ll simply run this grow the way I would have done for the contest.😊 So let’s start with the fact that the strain planted is Watermelon Punch Autoflower by Growers Choice. ( Why this strain? While talking with a friend on Discord, he told me he’d try this SH**T, and since there was a buy-one-get-two-seeds deal, I didn’t hesitate for a second — I said, LET'S DO IT ) . Both seeds cracked their shells and were placed into the soil so they can continue growing beautifully and healthily, ultimately producing a fruitful harvest. After just one day under a moist paper towel, the seeds were already ready to be planted — and that’s exactly what happened. Truly a very good seed stock. A photo after they emerge from the soil will be added in a few days, and then we’ll be able to move straight into a productive vegetative stage. Since social media activity will also partly count in the competition, I’d like to invite everyone to follow me on Instagram, comment on posts, like them, and engage! Let’s show how big our community is and that we can support each other in achieving any goals. Everyone who leaves something on my socials will be rewarded with a solid, big joint and I’ll return the favor for what they’ve done for me!😘😍 For the community! Love you all !💪👊

7/11 It's pouring. We got like 2 in of rain. I compared the flowering with that of the mendo breath I grew in a previous journal and they are real close. Tjat was DONE DONE in September. Judging by the small preflowers they are going to be ready approximately around the same time. I think I'm going to have a middle September harvest with some and some will go to October. Realistically, I should've changed this to flower. I like to call it "the stretch" though. Plants are stretching like a mother fucker. Seems like the less I fuck with them the better they do! No nutes yet. I'm going on vacation for a week and I think I won't feed before I leave either. Plants don't look like they are lacking in anything. Just because I have tons of nutes doesn't mean I need to use them. Still need to put up the secondary supports for flower. Went over after a break in the rain. Went through each plant one by one. Most had leaves that were either turning yellow or yellow at the bottom interior. I only removed leaves that were dead or dieing. I should probably have degoliated more but I'm doing the KISS method this year. Things seem to be doing good that way. Some minor pests. I found a slug but put out slug bait for those and earwigs. Noticed a few white flies and multi color flies (probably fungus knats but they are up at the top, not down by the soil. I'm going to think about it and do some research. Damage is so MINIMAL and pests are MINIMAL that im holding off spraying. I mat start nutes tomorrow though. I'm uncertain on a lot of things. I need to meditate on it. Just because those interior leaves died the plants are still a LUSH dark green so I think they're alright. It's going really good but I'm going to be on vacation for a week. I can still monitor daily with my camera's and my family that is watching them will FaceTime me every morning and show me what's going on. They know what they're doing and if something arises I have BASICALLY a growers union in my town. All family. We look after each other. That's the only reason I considered even going. However, the event horizons, sherb pie, toasted toffy and AT LEAST 1 GMO "LOOK" like they will be flowering early. Like I said they look similar to a mendo breath pheno on another diary that finished in September. We shall see. I'm excited that's for sure! 7/12 So far no rain! Super hot and muggy. Killed a jpn beetle and a moth larvae this morning and another beetle this afternoon. I'm seeing SOME pest damage which makes me want to spray before some of these plants take off flowering. There isn't much damage and tje birds sit on the top just WAITING for a chance to swoop in and grab something. I've seen tons of wasps tjis year. I killed a snail yesterday and put out slug bait around my pallets. I'm leaving early tomorrow. I'm CONSIDERING doing an application of Cap'n Jack's before I leave. I'm not sure. I made little DIY videos for dad and I hope he follows them. If not I'll have another grower come help. With all the rain I noticed some white flies when I shook a couple plants. I don't have time to really deal with it right now. There were only a few and I think spinosad would kill those too. Either way it will be fine. I can monitor via camera. I can even hit an alarm that goes to four different people. Still. I don't like leaving my girls. Especially in this heat. 7/13 Left early for a short vacation. Just got a picture saying it's sunny there and my plants are doing good. I'm lucky to havecthe crew that I do. I'm sure if I asked they'd put up yellow sticky traps. That's something I may consider. 7/14 Dad said it Rained last night and driving down here it was just PURE SHEET RAIN. He sent me pics I uploaded and everything looks GREAT! gonna get sun after all that rain and wind. They are gonna explode! 7/15 Still on Vacation. Dad showed me the plants and said they looked a little dry so I had him use the 4 GALLONS OF WATER I HAD PREMIXED FOR HIM TO WATER THE GARDEN. This way each plant gets a half gallon. It's supposed to be in the 90's with no rain tonight. Rains euppised to come tomorrow but I've seen how fast a bag can dry out in ONE day with super hot weather and high winds. The wind blows through the bag drying the medium out. Dad's right. Things do look amazing. I'm having fun but it will be nice to get back and see if I was right and those few plants are trying to flower. Looks just like those two mendo phenomes that flowered early. 7/16 still on vacation. Got a nice rain for the plants. Not much though. 7/17 Had DAD WATER FOUR GALLONS ON THE GARDEN. ANOTHER HEAT ADVISORY IN EFFECT. I really miss my girls. I'm ready to get going and start doing the things that need to be done. Few more days and I'll be home with my pretty ladies. Last time I came back to nice little flowers. They looked about in the same stage when I left. I love early finishers. They're stretching thsts for sure.

Both plants continued progressing through early flowering this week 🌸 Vertical growth slowed but has not completely stopped yet, so the light fixture had to be raised again to maintain proper distance. • Height now approx. ~110 cm • Stretch slowing but still slightly ongoing • Bud sites becoming clearly visible across the canopy Light intensity was increased to ~950–1000 PPFD ☀️ Environmental conditions remained stable: • 25.5°C temperature • 50–55% RH 🌡️ Trichome production began appearing toward the end of the week ✨ Resin is now visible on both the sugar leaves and the bud sites, though aroma is still very mild at this stage. Phenotypic differences remain noticeable: • Pheno #2 is slightly ahead in flower development and continues to grow very compact around the main stem • Pheno #1 maintains a more open structure Water demand remains high during early flower: • ~4L every 2 days until runoff 💧 Feeding this week: • 1x Orgatrex • Otherwise water + BioBizz CalMag Defoliation was performed again this week ✂️ Slightly more leaves were removed than the previous week, improving light penetration without causing excessive stress. Midway through the week, Pheno #1 showed clear signs of hermaphroditism. Initial pollen sacs were discovered and carefully removed. Despite close monitoring, additional pollen sacs continued to develop toward the end of the week. Due to this progression, the decision was made to remove the plant from the tent to prevent any risk of pollination. The plant was cut down and processed separately, as it was clearly expressing unstable traits. Overall, the remaining plant continues to develop well, with visible resin production and improving bud formation ?🔥

Haven’t touched them much besides to look and check them out… fed them lotus nutrients for the last time today… (Week 7 of flowering). Both plants are Royal Runtz from RQS and have been grown and fed the same exact thing throughout the whole process…. The buds look crystally and healthy.. plant 1 has been having some issue which I’ve noticed the extremely light leaves but other than that she’s fed and buds are healthy so I don’t know… just gonna let her ride out..

Flowering is starting well, starting to see trichs so I’ve gave them their first feed with bloom nutes (C4) which is also 95% organic which is always a bonus imo and I’ve not grown anything using organic products so I’m anticipating to see the end results. Their all 3ft tall or just under which is abit taller than usual but overall we’re looking fine, did some minor defoliation and lollipoping on the bottoms 1/4 of all 3.

Harvested these ladies at day 68 of flower. Minus the tops from plant #2. Absolutely stunning genetics! All the plants expressed a range of pinks, reds and purples. I’ve not just experienced anything like it to this extent. All the plants share a mixture of different terpenes, but predominantly Orange, Cherry and Gas. Plant #1 smells of Trop Cherry Plant #2 smells like heavy sour Gas Plant #3 smells like Orange oil & Gas Plant #4 smells like Orange oil & Gas Plant #5 smells like Cherry & Orange Plant #6 smells of heavy Cherry Gas with subtle Orange tones. Plant #7 smells like heavy Orange Gas I’ve ended up leaving plant #5 to keep flushing with the new group 🤷‍♂️😸 I’ve added a video of a dry bud from plant #2 The second video is plant #6. It’s been a really fun grow, I’ve got clones of the plants I want to run again so expect future diaries. I’d like to thank everyone who has commented or liked this diary, I hope it’s been helpful in some way 😸 PersonalSmok3s🌱💚
