Hi All, Its week 6 of flowering. Things are on track and buds are bulking up. I think I am going to conclude that the red stems on top fan leaves are just a genetic trait. Will do one last reservoir change and start to decrease nuets next week.

Week 3: The Big Move for Charlotte & Makayla The "Solo Cup Sisters" are officially leveling up! This week was all about transitioning the Northern Lights into their permanent homes. They’ve handled the shift like champs and are looking vibrant and healthy as they settle into the 10-gallon fabric bags. Growth & Vitals Charlotte: Currently standing at 100 mm (approx. 4 inches). She’s showing great vigor and tight node spacing. Makayla: Following close behind at 85 mm (approx. 3.3 inches). She might be the "little" sister for now, but her leaf structure is incredibly robust. Appearance: Both plants are sporting a deep, healthy green with no signs of transplant shock. The internodal development is exactly where I want it to be for future training. The Setup Medium: Using the "secret sauce" 50/50 organic garden soil and potting soil blend. Containers: 10-gallon fabric bags. These are perfect for providing the drainage and root aeration these girls need. Environment: They’ve been spending time on the deck to soak up the morning sun. I’m keeping a close eye on the High Plains weather—bringing them inside when the Colorado wind gets a bit too rowdy to ensure they don't get beat up. Strategy & Next Steps Training: I’ve got some LST (Low Stress Training) hooks ready to go. I’ll start gently guiding their growth once they establish their roots in the new medium. Trellis Prep: The plan is to let them grow into a trellis system set about 12 to 18 inches above the soil line. This should give us plenty of airflow and a manageable canopy. Nutrients: Sticking with the organic regimen. I’ll be introducing the FOOP line—Veg, Bloom, and Sweetener—on a weekly schedule once they’ve fully recovered from the transplant. **Note:** The focus for the next few days is purely on root establishment. They are continuing to stack on density and resin. The smell has increased and the buds are leaning. Some will ne3d supporting soon for sure. Another few weeks on these. Top dressed them with our gromore dry mix mid week. Gave them a mild feeding via a spray too, I do this at least twice a week until the last couple of weeks. Still have issues with fungus gnats and white fly. Bio control is gonna be a key part here in Thailand. Things just grow quick. Thoughts?

This week, I continued growing 4 WestCoast OG plants. The plants are feeling better day by day and have reached 78 days since planting the seeds. The care routine included: Watering every other day, 1 liter per plant. The water solution contained flowering fertilizer NPK 3-5-8 (10 ml/L) and organic super-concentrate fertilizer (5 ml/L). I noticed that the flower buds on the closer plants have significantly enlarged. The further plant, which was lagging in flowering, has caught up and now reaches a height of around 45 cm, with small 10 mm diameter flowers. One interesting observation - I found a mutation on one of the leaves, from which a small flower is growing that is not increasing in size. Next week, I plan to: Continue watering the plants with the same fertilizer solutions. Stop spraying the leaves to avoid the risk of mold on the buds. Closely monitor the temperature, as it's starting to drop outside and the room is not insulated. If the temperature falls below 18°C, the plant growth may slow down. Overall, the plants continue to develop at a good pace, and I expect to be able to harvest in 10-14 days.

Big stretch for week 2 of flower, and I’m pleased to say that this Atlas F1 is growing just like the first, albeit with less DLI and less CO₂. I pushed the last Atlas F1 too hard, which meant it had to be harvested two weeks early, so I’m aiming for no drama and no foxtailing this time. Zero problems so far, with superb node spacing, meaning I won’t have to do any leaf management with this plant.

Compared to her sister, this Pineapple Express auto flowered very early! I LST'd her while I could, and defoliated what was necessary. She turned out great! Although the yield for this phenotype is at my lower limit for acceptable. I'm happy that I'm growing a second one, that vegged out longer, making for a much larger Pineapple Express!

This new week started better as with some flushes I brought the runoff back to 6.5/7, the plant seems to be growing well

One more week passed and this girl´s showing very strong and a fast developing.. Everything is under the plan, i will transplant to a 7 liter pot in the next days.. 💪🌱🌱✌️

Day 10F-17F (Day 10F) Everything is looking on point. I’m going to soak in a gallon of lite compost tea diluted to 400ppms on each plant except for #5. I’m still a little worried I won’t make it through the stretch but at the same time I fear N toxicity just as much. I will give one more lite tea before the end of stretch, most likely at the end of this week. (Day 12F) Ladies responded nicely to the tea except for BBB#1. It just isn’t looking as vigorous as it was last week. It’s the only one without an air hose so I guess it couldn’t hurt to grab one. The air hose does without a doubt prevent overwatering in soil and I’m surprised I don’t see more people using it. It’s cheap, effective and gives me similar results to growing in pure coco. I’m going to give one more light foliar spray of 3ml of calmag, 3ml of kelp and 2.5ml of insect frass. (Day 14) Got the air hose hooked up to all 5 plants now. I hate that I’ve been forced to defoliate so much in early flower and it is definitely reducing bud size. Last round my bbb’s had pistil clumps twice the size at this time and they were dealing with severe deficiencies. I’m hoping it’s just genetics or the fact they are larger plants. (Day 15) I’m starting to see signs of N toxicity on the some of the new growth and overall growth on all plants except #1 has slowed. It was most likely caused by the foliar spray/tea combo. No more feeding anything for the next 12 days at least. Luckily it’s still pretty early in flower but I know that N tox can hit really hard after the stretch stops. I would be pretty upset if I vegged for 80 days only to get severe N tox in mid flower. Since it’s not breaking down in the soil, I should be fine. I’m going to defoliate some more of the large bottom fan leaves as they hold large reserves of extra nutes I don’t need. Hopefully these small defoliations aren’t stressing them at all. Next round I plan to do a big strip one week before flower, at transplant and a second big strip on day 21. (Day 17) I think I was over-worrying about the seriousness of the N tox. I’ve seen it hit very hard in mid flower and can’t be too careful. It’s almost always caused by water soluble nitrogen so I’ll try to stay away from that unless I absolutely need it. My case does not look to alarming just yet. I noticed the stunting on #3 right after that last tea so I am going to stop giving the last liter of compost tea because of how unbalanced and separated at the bottom it is. It sure helped out the other 4 plants that didn’t get the granulars from the bottom of the bucket. I‘m planning to give a bloom tea around day 26 and a final top dress a few days later. #1 has now out stretched everything else in the tent. I honestly was not expecting that. If #3 didn’t get stunted this whole week I think it would be the taller/heavier plant.

Transitioning to LED this week, going to ease into it. Topped at 21 days. Growing Lost Pearl and Critical Kush (which I plan to push into flower early.

The plants are doing amazing! Both are producing more and more trichomes, and the buds are noticeably thickening up.🌱 #1 (the tall one) continues to impress—it’s now giving off a strong tropical mango scent! The aroma is so sweet and fruity, it’s crazy. Meanwhile, #2, despite being so small, has developed a surprisingly large main bud! The smell is completely different, though—leaning more towards a hazy, complex scent that’s hard to describe.🤔 Super happy with the progress so far—let’s see what the next weeks bring!😊

Week 1 - Day 1 20L Super Air Pots with a bottom layer of clay pebbles, (an inch deep at the centre point) and topped off with Growdog’s 70/30 coco perlite mix. The tops of the pots are covered by green plastic water distributers to evenly spread the water from the 12” watering rings. 2 lights; each 300W actual draw, currently inside the tent. 2 more coming next week to make a total of 4, across the 6 plants achieving a true watt draw of 1200W. Aiming for 1g/watt Germinated seeds from FAST BUDS, were planted and hand watered using tap water pH’d to high 5.8 to low 5.9 with H&G Roots Excl. giving a nice PPM of 362 to start. The BudBox tent is a 2x2x2m, using a Medusa Boosted XL run off trays to a waste brain were the run off can be tested. This will then be recirculated into the feeding tank again. The feed tank will a standard 100L water butt, retro fitting pumps inside for Feeding and Pump to waste - for cleaning the tank out each week. Another 100L water butt will contain a store of filtered RO water which will fill the feeding tank. A 10L PureMate humidifier is set at 65%, along with 2x RAM 16” oscillating wall fans which are mounted to the top of the tent for maximum coverage - set to lvl1 on swing giving the 25°C. No extraction yet. This is ready and waiting. 8” HyperFresh fan with a RHINO 8”x600 pro filter. We are using 8” acoustic ducting.✌️🏻 Week 1 - Day 2 No change. Keeping the new environment stable is difficult. The humidifier is not large enough for the space. Week 1 - Day 3 Fed PH RO water this morning. Trying to keep the humidity up inside the tent. They have popped up! It begins :D Did a feed of 5.8PH RO with CocaA&B 0.4ml/l, Roots excl 0.3ml/l, Calmag 0.2ml/l for a 150PPM. 300ml was used to moisten the coco per pot. Extraction fully connected. Environment stable at 23-24°C, trying to stay at 23.3°C. Humidity fluctuating 47-60%, humidifier struggling, but hopefully be okay. Week 1 - Day 4 All 6 are up and reaching. Husks hopefully will pop off soon. Will be doing another small feed this evening to keep the coco moist. Little leaves have appeared!! Fed another 300ml, 5.8PH @ 151PPM/ plant. Week 1 - Day 5 All shooting up now, tallest at 5cm down to 3.5cm 🌱 I gently helped the last 2 husks off the smallest ones to hopefully even them up. Gave the coco 1L of RO water around the edges. Week 1 - Day 6 Nothing to report this morning. Another PPM feed to be done shortly. Soaked the coco until run off with around 3-4L per pot using 5.8PH nuit water; 0.4 Canna A&B, 0.2 Calmag, 0.3 Roots Excl. 152PPM. First time we tested the Medusa brain - works well and pumps away to the feed tank, need to change one of the low trays to be a boosted tray for better drainage. Giving 5 boosted trays and one normal. Hand feeding up until this point, but will connect up the automation in the next week. Week 1 - Day 7 Strongest are growing around 1cm a day now. Tallest 6cm, smallest at 4cm. Looking forward to next weeks progress :) Bought a wet&dry vac - best thing ever!! Haha. Cleans everything in sight plus all the water from the dirty run off. Lifted all the pots, still a good weight to them so no feed or RO water today I think. Bring on week 2! 💪🏻

Everything seems to be going alright, one of my plants has extremely shiny leaves almost like oily, and some odd shaped leafs but I’m very curious to see how things go when I switch to flowering considering these are all random bag seeds! Have been trying to look for signs of sex but still can’t see anything yet!
