Welcome growfessors to the harvest of Mandarin dreams! These 5 ladies got chopped down this week, the three pheno 1 strains have nice dense buds, very sticky! One pheno 2 is very fluffy, airy buds and the other pheno 2, is someplace in between, not rock hard, but close to it. Last time I'll be growing this strain, she was easy to grow, but not a smoke I enjoy, the indica hits harder as the buds cure and I'm not that interested in couch lock. Will update in 7-10 days with dry weight.

Week 4 of flowering, time to switch to the Bloom nutrients. All the ladies have been cleaned/trimmed last week, I will go for another unexpected buds hunt, the plants are gonna make some few shoots, usually on the nodes, I will pinch off those lil new growth under the canopy to avoid any waste of energy. And I will keep on plugging off any big fan leaves if it starts to recover a lower bud. Last week using the humidifier, I will swap it versus the dehumidifier next week. Unfortunately the 2 Afghan Hash Plants were males and have been pulled down. Start of the week my first grow light arrived! I got it setup right away and then decided to transfer them into a bit bigger pots. 2 were still looking terrible and 2 were doing okay. One was tall and straggly so I had to try to prop it up after I transferred it. I placed them in a closet and then periodically checked on them throughout the week. A few days into the week I realized how bad the growlight I had ordered actually was. So it was time to decide.. option 1 was to let the plants just try to survive outside. Option 2 was order a better light and return this one. Option 3 was purchase a tent setup with light. After a bunch of research I decided on spider farmer and ordered a kit from them! (https://www.spider-farmer.com/?ref=Bigbuds420) to receive 3% off. The kit was set to arrive in a week. The decision was made to keep them as indoor. 2 would be outdoor, 2 in the tent.

The wait is finally over, I harvested on 07/01/25. Dried very slowly for almost 2 weeks inside the tent at 60% humidity and 18 - 21 °C. Smells very sweet, it reminds me strongly of the Purple Punch. Only in direct comparison, the Purple Punch leans more to berries while the GSC leans more to something, I can't smell out. But very tasty.

Guys i swear it’s like my girls are awakened after a few changes and i love to share with who interested about it. One of them is put something under your fabric pots in outdoor growing to keep your bottom of your pot a little bit wet and don’t worry about water sitting in there because there will be no water after just a few hours. There are 2 other things and i will answer to who ask only! Believe me you want to know about this

This past week I pushed the nutrient EC value to 2.8 these plants need it! Tomorrow is the first 12/12 light cycle, will be adding Si to help with internodal spacing. Chitosal definitely sparked growth, one more foliar application before I add it to the reservoir. Am excited to see flower formation this scrog is large. Timing will be improved next time by popping more seeds to guarantee germination.

Still planning to take them out this Saturday. I will begin flushing this Wednesday. 10/18 added flush water. Added short video of my flower tent and some root photography

🗓️ WEEK 2 / DAY 8-14 ⚡ Light: 50 cm / 75 watt; ⌛ Schedule: 20/4; 🌡️ 22° C - 65% RH average; 📑 PH 5.8 - EC 0.8; 💧 Watering every day trough the clay with 50 ml solution: tap water + Fire Yields 1 ml/l; 🌱 Removed the phenotype #2. The #1 is doing good, it has a great root system already; ⚙️ Fan, extractor and pump ON 24/0. No Humidifier.

SATURDAY 9/21: After having had my entire rig and all my cured produce stolen from me by my pardner in crime, I'm starting from scratch. (That f**king asshole!) Special thanks to the fabulous folks at Fastbuds for sending me some replacement beans!!! I mylar'ed up a closet and got a little light to get them started with. It's 3500k with some extra 660nm and draws about 200w from the wall. I am going old-school this time around..no pre-soak and no paper towels. I bought some soluble myco + tricho + all the good beneficial bacteria and mixed a little into a liter of distilled water and wetted rapid rooter plugs. I planted all three Stardawg beans in the rapid rooter plugs and put them in a little humidome under 9w of pink light. TUESDAY 9/24: All three emerged with no problems, but one is still wearing a "hat".. THURSDAY 9/26: All three had taproots sticking out a few inches, so I planted them in their 3 gallon pots and put little mini-domes over them. FRIDAY 9/27: I knew better than to try to start some seedlings with no humidifier, but the asshole stole mine, so I tried it anyway..I have several seedlings that probably aren't gonna make it, but so far all 3 x Stardawgs look fine. I wet them down and put some trays of water in the closet to try and bring up the RH. TUESDAY 10/1: Okay, so only one survived, and she's starting to grow.👍 My soil mix was too hot for them...rookie mistake... I finished working on my homemade frame and mounted 6 x 120w quantum boards to it, but one of my 3 x 240w drivers failed, so I gotta get a replacement sometime in the next few weeks. I still gotta get my ventilation squared away before I can even run them.😎 FRIDAY 10/4: She's my lone Fastbuds plants..got high hopes for her. She'll be surrounded by a bunch of Candy Cane hybrids.

The additional nutrients as described last week have taken off. 1 liter per pot is poured twice this week 🤗. In about 2 weeks it goes over to the flowering tent 👍. Otherwise there is not much to report this week. Once hang drying humidity will be 50% and when curing ill be using 62% 2 way humidity packs. Hopefully I'll get some nice dense nuggets. Chopped them week 11 day 6. I'll update more pictures of individual strains when dry and curing.

Day 66 - Day 21 of flower - Master kush First indoor grow. Lights 12-12/ PAR 900/ Day temp 23-27/ Night temp 19-22/ RH45%/ Co2 500ppm/ water Ph 6.5/ water ppm 1400 with technaflora nutes/ organic soil/ 7 gal pots/ 4-5l per 3 days for watering. Week 3 is done. The power went out for a day due to a hurricane. Kept the light cycle going with flashlights lol. Defoliated one final time on day 18. There hasn't been any stretch in 4 days. Looking frosty already. I also included a video of my setup this week!
