Alright! 100% germination rate across the board on these beans! Every seed we sowed is now up and at em. That's already a good sign for new genetics. Well they're new to me anyway, who knows how long they've been overseas doing their thing. These could be some diamonds in the ruff, ya never know!!! Same here though as with the auto flowers we're going to see which strain performs best and then enter her into the competition....or if they're both hitting, we'll enter them both and see if we can take home a win! So for the photoperiod plants we're doing the Athena blended line in Promix soil. It's my first time using this line but they sent me it to try out so I'm going to see what's up. The auto flowers are going to be mainly organic and maybe a little mix of synthetic in bloom, if needed. That's the plan for some beautiful flowers. Let's Grow!!

Week 6 Day 1 10/28/2023 Water Change Day!! Added: 36 gallons of Water CALMag- .75mil/Gal GH FLoraMicro-4.3mil/Gal GH FlroaGro-4.3mil/Gal GH FLroaBloom-6.5Mil/Gal Liquid KoolBloom 2.5mil/Gal TPS SIGNAL- 4.0mil/Gal ORCA-.5mil/Gal I setup my PH automation system.. I will start it running in 24 hours after the system settles in. Week 6 Day 2 10/29/2023 Going to be interesting.. I left the old monitor in to do a double check behind the new auto PH monitor.. not eh problem is I configured the New one and I am pretty sure that it is more accurate than the previous one I was using but the difference is 5.9 on the new one and 6.19 on the old. So it leaves me to questions if I was always running my PH higher but still just within safe range? or is this one off by that much. Questions, Questions.. But so far it is working I had to make several adjustments to dial in how much of each gets released but right now they are sitting around 5.9 Week 6 Day 3 10/30/2023 Worked on adjusting the auto PH system and I think I will need to change out some of the gear to make it work better.. Right now the suction/ flow rate has to be up to high in order to get the Up or down out of the Containers and the UP kicks on before the Down has a chance to settle.. I would have hoped there is a steady reading for X seconds before it starts the other.. but there isn't it is automatically kicking off the Up even while it is still adjusting from adding Down. Week 6 Day 4 10/31/2023 Today I did nothing but take some pics.. Nice day.. the experiment of the PH auto system is a bust as of right now.. the range is out of what I want.. and it keeps immediately kicking off without giving the water time to balance.. since this is a res system which the water moves.. not the best.. it doesn't have a wait time before release more.. and it keeps releasing even after it starts reading in range.. so it drops it lower than it should.. I could probably dilute the PH up and Down and make it a little more effective.. but not sure what I want to do at this point. Week 6 Day 5 11/01/2023 Today I did nothing but take some pics.. Hello Diary! The third week of vegetation and Green Gelato enters the pre-flowering phase 💪. It can already be seen that she lags far behind her Hulkberry roommates in terms of height, so I will have to lift her closer to the light soon😬. Due to the high summer temperatures, the temperature in the box is also high😓. As I mentioned earlier, my small farm is located in a small room in the kitchen so it’s hard for me to keep the heat out of the space. But given the LED light, great MIGRO, that doesn’t produce too much heat, everything is still within acceptable limits😀. Humidity is also good, given the third (last) week of vegetation and ranges around 55-60%. The distance between the branches is also significantly smaller than in the Hulkberries, so the branches are much denser and with much more leaves. Green Gelato develops more in width than in height. Due to the higher temperature, she didn't drink as much water as I expected. I don’t have some default watering schedule, I give them water when I see the pot is lighter and the surface is dry. All in all I am very pleased with how it is progressing, the plant looks satisfied and healthy. I still add Cal / Mag preventively at each watering, 1.5 ml / L. Also in the third week of vegetation she showed her gender. 06/07/2020. Day 18. Watering. I prepare 7-8 liters of water, I think this is the optimal amount for watering all three plants in the box. I added BioBizz as scheduled for the last week of vegetation, Bio-Heaven, Fish-Mix and Acti-Vera 2ml / L each. P. H. I regulate with Plagron, Lemon Kick. 09/07/2020. Day 21. Photographing and measuring plant height. After taking regular photos in the box, I take a few more photos on a black background. Vegetation is over, starting tomorrow I will change the light regime to 20 hours of light and 4 hours of darkness. Given the temperatures, I will put it dark in the middle of the day when the outside temperature is also the highest, I hope that in this way I will prevent the temperature from rising to an undesirable height. Last week of flowering then switching to 12/12 light cycle. Put the other plant into a bigger pot. Roots looking healthy and plants are still loving the nutrients.

the girl is growing little by little, no additional light, only what nature gives:) in the coming days, she will be transplanted into her final pot and will spend all her time on the balcony :) I wonder what will happen with a few hours of direct sunlight, if there are no clouds:).

WEEK 4 — Lemon OG in Bloom Mode 🍋 The girls have officially passed the stretch and are now focusing all their energy on flower production. Bud development is progressing well, and overall health is solid. Today was feeding day — full program again. To support healthy bloom development and address early signs of calcium/magnesium deficiency (visible on one of the bigger plants), I slightly adjusted the recipe: 💧 Feeding mix (15 L water total): • 60 ml Biobizz Bloom • 20 ml Topmax • 30 ml Effective Microorganisms (EM) • ~50 ml Molasses (for pH adjustment, target 6.2) • 20 ml CalMag • 1.6 g Epsom salt (for magnesium support) The canopy is dense and vibrant green. Some lower pruning was done earlier this week to improve airflow and light penetration. One plant is under observation due to suspicious growth, but nothing critical so far. Checked TDS PPM on 24 June, the reading originally started at 1290, was now 455, so I decided to change solution earlier than scheduled. Checked TDS PPM on 27 June and the reading was 390. So the nutrient solution was changed again. Larger plants consume much more nutrients and may require a modified feeding schedule. I’ll just observe and see how she does. Some plants are sensitive to this. Again I’m talking about DWC specifically. Her smell has intensified this week, defined by a pineapple scent! It truely does!
