🗓️ WEEK 8 (flo) - HARVEST WEEK (56° FLO) 💧 Midway through this final week of flowering, I performed a complete DWC reservoir change. I replaced the nutrient solution with plain tap water, EC 0.4 - pH 5.8. This flushing solution was maintained for 4 days, right up until the moment of harvest. 🌱 On the 56° day of flowering (day 84 from the dry seed), the plant appeared perfectly ready for harvest. The buds are dense and glistening with resin, nearly all pistils have browned and retracted, and the trichomes show a beautiful mix of milky and enough amber. Immediately after chopping her down, I removed all the large fan leaves and I've decided to dry these too as they are remarkably full of resin. ✅ DRYING PHASE The entire plant was hung to dry inside the grow box, which was kept completely dark with constant, gentle air circulation for 8 days. The average VPD during this period was maintained around 1.2 (approximately 20°C and 50% RH). Once this drying period was complete, I trimmed off all the sugar leaves. These resinous sugar leaves will be combined with the already dried fan leaves and larf buds, and I plan to use them to make cannabutter for edibles. ⚖️ DRY WEIGHT After the 8-day drying period, and once all the remaining small leaves and branches were removed from the buds, I weighed the final product: The harvest yielded: - 150 grams of dense buds. - 5 grams of finger hash collected during handling. For edibles: - 30 grams of larf. - A large amount of fan and sugar leaves. ⚠️ In the next coming days I'll update the harvest week with info about curing stage and a smoke review.

I’m starting the fifth week, and balancing humidity and temperature is becoming a bit challenging; it feels like I’m always slightly off on one of them. I applied a preventive antifungal treatment since the humidity has been a bit high. The buds have finished forming and are beginning to compact. Some leaves are still yellowing slightly. The smell is getting much stronger, and some pistils are already starting to turn brown.

Day 92 30/09/24 Monday Feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with calmag. She has shown drastic improvement this week with trichome development, colours deepening too a purple and pink . Pistils forming a deep 🧡, and the calyxs are forming like rose buds 🌹, tight upright curls , doused in trichomes 😍. best cannabis I ever grew and smoked. Others agree. This is a cup winner I would win with no competition. 3 months harvested, 90% consumed. Will run more genetics and future cross, backcross. Feels like energy drinks, positive, 100% youre high and lit, extreme ripped. Smell is slight citrus, this is very sweet tasting and smelling because of my methods of growing. Oozing sticky like an industrial adhesive. Daytime smoke, ripped no couchlock. Zum schnellen trocknen im Zelt, habe Ich jeden Zweig einzeln aufgehängt und versucht die Relative Luftfeuchtigkeit zwischen 58 - 62% zu halten und die Temperatur unter 18 Grad Celsius zu bekommen. Sobald die Stängel knacken schneide ich die Buds runter und lege sie im Zelt in Pizzakartons damit sich die Feuchtigkeit gleichmäßig verteilt.

Wasssssup guys! Welcome back. Week 9 is on and the plants look insane. The flush has seemed to boost the trich production and the zkitz should be ready for harvest in a few days! Got mainly cloudy trichs, just gonna give it a few more days to finish the ninth week and then chop chop chop.. The Runtz is packing on size again now, so Gonna leave it another week or two depending on the trichs. Exciting times!! Great week!!! What a resilient plant, a few different times now I’ve come up with issues, I attempt to diagnose and compensate with my limited growing knowledge and the thing just keeps coming back better and healthier and stronger then before. So far, I am very happy with this strain, Dresden Green Diamond from the Garden of Green seed company because it’s been so easy for a beginner like me and it’s going so well. Looks like they are either sold out or they discontinued the strain possibly I got them as freebies with my order on Seedsman but yea super happy with it. So on to the meat and potatoes of this week. I realized the biggest issue that I have now is going to be controlling the heigh of the plant. It’s only a 4 foot tent. The pot takes at least a foot of height space away, the light is currently as high as the pulley system allows and is still hanging down a foot from the top. (I may have to end up just juryrigging a new attachment system for it to get more space. Also the plant is now about a foot tall and the light is 10 inches away. I’ve heard that they can double or more in height during flowering which would be a problem. So what to do? I topped it this week for the first time. Hoping that will redirect some of the plants energy into developing the lower branches, of which I have a healthy number. So I’m hoping they will catch up with the top of the plant and I just have a bunch of top sites. There are also 2 new top branches starting to grow from the top site. As soon as they are big enough I will bend them at a 90 degree angle to try and prevent it from going any taller than this point. I haven’t got around to it yet but I will begin LST this week as well to spread the branches out a bit and have them more horizontal to fill up more of my space. Overall, things are going great.

4/28 Day 35 I wish this plant was bigger. Could be my fault. Her transition to flower was at such an odd time(3weeks) and that’s when her last feeding was coming to an end but should I give her flower nutes early? Do half an half? Or just wait and then give flower? I waited and I shouldn’t have considering that organic inputs take time to feed your plants. Depending on what you’re using. First time trying Gaia green. I do like the ease of it but it would take some adjustments for me to utilize it best. A month between feeding is too long for my impatient ass and it gives me too long of a commitment to not fuck up. I’m also using roots organics with some other plants and I’m really liking the weekly feedings. It makes more sense than a month. What if I have a strain that’s like 10 week flower? Do I just do another dose at week 7 and 8 and then because it’s “organic you don’t need to flush” thing. Probably over thinking it but yeah here’s my plant yall 😂
